There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

I was doing this exercise since 1 year,but in the month of March when I do the waist up exercise my back was injured,Now I was facing slipped disc L5 S1 and can't do anything.This exercise is really helpful but you should do carefully otherwise you can face slipped disc problem like me.😢😢😢😢😢😢

In Vietnam people schedule start eraly morning 4.30 am and they eat luch at 12.00 pm ,dinner at 6-7 pm and before 10 pm almost all people sleep ....., In Vietnam every 500 meters one yoga center or Gym is there ,in Vietnam even 60-70 years old people also never compromise fitness

If you want to do such exercises, you can't do them on the first day of starting, but if you do them daily, you can do them perfectly, they help you lose weight
