(10) punches
(11) spot jog
(12) twist jump
(13) fast feet
(14) stretching (right-left bending with one hand up and one in waist)
(15) both plans together and stretch up and backward and forward gentle then cross your arms let yourself bended more
(16) both hands on floor and legs widen and try moving hands from right-left, it's a stretch
(17) sit on floor and join your toes and both hands on toe and rest in that position
(18) legs straight and arms up and now try reaching the toes without bending legs
(19) fold both knees and sir in the position on knees
