    Another amazing class. Short but effective! Since I started practicing with you, I have seen much improvement in my practice and have gotten a lot of pain relief. I enjoy those short classes, because I can always fit one in or add on. Thank you for all your hard work!🙏

    A thousand stars for this class! I feel like I got such a beautiful mix of yoga and physical therapy, relaxation and strengthening. Your classes are helping me through a hard physical time - your classes are literally the only yoga I’ve found that doesn’t hurt! Thank you so much!

    I have fibro triggers in my hips, shoulders, and neck and these short sequences got them all! It felt so good I did the whole thing twice, experiencing significant pain relief. Thank you so much!

    This was really good, a lot of these poses/flows were different from what I'm used to and I really enjoyed the change. I wish there was a version without music though, as I find it harder to relax with it

    Nice session. Is it normal with the knee circles to find one way much easier than the other? I find knee going backwards MUCH easier than knee going forwards, get much larger range of motion.

      So do I! I think most people probably find that direction easier because it more closely mimics the movement we make when we walk. Sending it forward requires more glute strength to get the movement started and most of us have lazy glutes! 😉
