Thank you so much, love this sequence, my left hip and knee have been painful for long. Some of the poses made me very sore the first few seconds, but then it would all melt. I'll continue coming back to this ❤
Thanks for this Joelle! I needed to do this! I’m in the middle of a 5 day zen retreat. No electronics. So I had to keep the volume down :) I haven’t turned my electronics on til now! 8 hrs total of daily sitting meditation and my whole body is sore, especially my knees and hips! So I needed to do this. Thanks so much!!

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis mostly on my knee and as a result also small of my back. The first part of routine feels good but the second part is only comfortable when on my back. Yin yoga, chair and restorative yoga is what works best with my medical condition. Thanks,
