I hope you enjoyed this class! 🌟 Make sure to watch this quick video for some key glute stretches to decrease tension: th-cam.com/video/K70fdkRYhEo/w-d-xo.html
Absolutely wonderful! The variations within the longer held poses were such a gift! I am enjoying all of your yin yoga classes. Thank you for all you do to make yoga accessible!
Hi Joelle. I found your channel a few months ago. I have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis, along with several other health issues. Just completed this deep stretch for glutes and hips. Lots of new poses for me but I feel more relaxed! Thank you and God bless you!
Beautiful practice! I could never get enough yin yoga! Felt stiffness and soreness in several areas. Great to work out some kinks! Thanks as always Joelle!
Loved this stretch session!. Amazing improvement - right after this yoga video! Your step-by-step instructions are incredibly helpful to include where we should be in terms of feeling a slight tension. Example 4 out of 10. Thank you!
I'm so glad you love them! And thank you for the suggestion, I think that'll unfortunately be too specific to perform well on TH-cam, so I recommend continuing to do the wrist ones and alternating with some standing and wrist-free classes to give them a rest! I hope that helps.
I really enjoyed this one! I don’t do a ton of yin stuff on the regular, so it’s really nice to slow down and focus (even if my adhd might not agree, lol)
As I was doing the deer pose I didn't feel any sensation in the back leg inner hip/thigh untill I realised that my seatbone was lifting of the floor. So I managed to work out that the aim is to keep both seatbones on the floor myself... which defeats the purpose of doing the practice with an instructor but completely. With all due respect, I feel that necessary cues are missing here. Thahk yo for your work.
The aim isn't to keep both sit bones on the floor, it's to relax into the position in YOUR body and hold the pose. Some of us will feel more sensation than others depending on where we hold tension.
I hope you enjoyed this class!

Dear Joelle, I love your wrist/elbow videos. Would you consider making a video dedicated specifically to De Quervain syndrome?
I'm so glad you love them! And thank you for the suggestion, I think that'll unfortunately be too specific to perform well on TH-cam, so I recommend continuing to do the wrist ones and alternating with some standing and wrist-free classes to give them a rest! I hope that helps.
