Just completed this after a spinning class. An ideal practice to relax the hips and especially the shoulders. I haven’t practised for a week and it’s really noticeable, regular practice is so important for flexibility and relaxation. 😊

Sorry but im a beginner and its not class for that 😢, i was disapointed in the first moves actually, there is no explaining or any alternatives, do u think all people can do this 🫤 even ur leg position on the flor wasnt explained why or what 🤕
No, I don't think everyone can do this one. I have a huge beginners playlist which offers more explanation and a slower pace.... I appreciate the feedback. I hope you find a class on YT that works for you x

@@chanceTHEmfcat well what poses of what should I Google inform me please, cuz this what I was given for shoulder and hips inline, and what I see is strenching of some type 🤷🏻♀️never did that kind and never saw these just because I'm more to lifting weights.And a video is not to follow along cuz until I get to the stage she shows she moves to the next one and so on.There should be some info about what's going to happen in the 30 min video, some explanation of when to breathe,some alternatives for not flexible people and so on.If its easy for u, then its good for u I guess 👍

After running and practicing handstands a hips and shoulders stretch is exactly what I need
I needed this, perfect for my tight shoulders!
