    Here from the 2022 playlist! I didn't get around to this video the first time, and I just got over the flu so it actually felt like a challenge (in a good way). Plus my legs and hips are so stiff after being stuck resting for days. So nice to finally stretch out!

    You do great work! Any suggestions for hamstring and foot cramping? Mostly during a quad stretch.

      Generally cramps are due to neural confusion, meaning the nervous system isn't sure exactly what we're asking the body to do because it isn't used to doing it. Cramps do usually get better the more we do it (and I know that's not the answer anyone wants to hear!) so don't give up! I recommend focusing on STRENGTHENING those areas so that the muscles can learn to switch on.
