    That one was nice! I had some trouble with coordination during the agility drills, the push-up forms in pt 2 are fun. It was fun but less intense than the intense workout. I'll probably include those agility drills in my own workouts especially when I'll do exterior workouts.

      Great to hear you enjoyed the workout! Yes, keep modifying things and added other variations. When you get stronger and fitter, you can do it more often and add more weight for resistance! Enjoy the day! Keep up the great work!

    Hello ! i do part 3 and 4 .. 3 times at week and part 8 the other 3 times .. i go 3x tot the gym is that enough to get a sixpack?

      +Harry Vogel Hi Harry. This is a start but you have to train consistently, have good nutrition and look at progress over time. It all depends what shape you are in right now so keep me posted. What is your nutrition like? That will also play a part in getting you more lean and toned to require a six pack. Keep up the great work! Ron (Chi Chi) Gonzales

      i eat in the morning two bread with egg and a cup of milk.
      after breakfast i cycle to school 15km.
      i eat and drink at school a proteïn shake bottle water 3slices of bread with chocolata peas.
      after school i bike home 15km. 18.00 we get hotfood but that could be anything.
      than i do you part 8 video. and after that i go to the gym. after gym i drink a glass of cola .
      for i go to sleep i eat yoghurt with fruit .
      it's a long story haha.
      and on teusday i eat almost the same things but than i do you part 3/4 video
      i am 17 weight 176 pounds and my height is 1.88 cm.
      you have great video's that helps me a lot

      I did and I really enjoy that aspect. I did the warm up, Agility Part 1 and 2 then the core. Whew!
