I'm 63 in good shape and have worked with KBs for about 5 years. I'm using about a 50 or 60 lb at this time for these exercises. BE CAREFUL. If you haven't had any training using KBs, you should work with a trainer who knows what he or she is doing. You could really hurt yourself if not trained properly!!

Hi Chichi! This is great! I am a 55 yr. old fat guy (351 lbs.) and I started your first video this past Friday. I did it once on Friday, twice (morning & evening) on Saturday, did the treadmill for 30 min. on Sunday, and did the 10 minutes again just now. I feel good! Got a long way to go, but thank you for helping to start me on the path to getting healthy. Tomorrow I'm going to try and kick it up to 20 minutes.

I'm in the UK and I've been doing this every second day for 2 weeks now and I feel much stronger and have more energy.

really pleased you included a warm up and cool down - many other videos from other people on here are neither suggesting or including it.

Used this for my first every kettlebell workout. I am a complete beginner. This was great, it wasn't too long and went through a warm up / cool down routine. Thank you!

This is great - especially when you are in a rush and don't have much time. 10 minutes you are done. Thank you!

Went Paleo 8 weeks ago this Friday and did this as my very first kettlebell workout tonight...WOW. They weren't kidding about this thing being a full-body workout. I can feel the burn in my thighs and upper arms from just this 10 min workout. Thank you, I will be doing this one for a while until I get stronger!

    Hello!
Both are ideal for losing weight especially when it comes to resistance training. The more muscle you build with resistance training/rest/nutrition, the faster your metabolism will be for burning fat. I would focus on kettle bells and also traditional weights later on. The key is to do both to shock the body and keep the body challenged. Kettle bells will definitely will give you results......keep up the great work and congats! Cheers,

This is so good, I love that you actually do a warmup, unlike most other fitness videos! Thanks <3

Just tried this at work, where I sit at a computer all day. Perfect length and difficulty level for me, thanks!

Thank you for the direction! I was a little intimidated by using a kettlebell but not now. I can do this!

Just did 3 of these with the 8kg KB plus a few of the excercises with the 16kg one (the circles, the swing, upright rows, upright rows with sumo squat and the normal squat). Awesome. I'm goign to do one of these every morning before BF, takes no time and puts your engines on warp speed!

I would love to do a full warm up and up for everyone but this is just a taste of what I do with traning. You can warm up 5-10 minutes for with light jogging, on any cardio type of equipment, or body movement drills before you hit the bells my man. Keep enjoying. More videos to come!
    Cheers,
