I do kettlebells every morning with ChiChi health and fitness. I absolutely love these videos. To me, there is no better way to start my day. I even got my husband to join me with one of the outside videos. Please keep videos coming. Thanks so much.
+Serena Crosswhite Good day Serena! Thank you for the feedback! It is great to hear you are doing it with your husband as well outside with training! More training videos to come! 26 in total right now on the You Tube Channel........be sure to check them out and mix them up when you can! Have a great day. Train safe and hard! Cheers!
Your videos are essential part of my daily kettlebell training routine. I like your simple, no nonsense, approach based on classic exercises. Every video is expertly balanced. Thank you so much. Hope to see more advanced heavy kettlebell routines in the future.
Thank you for the feedback! 30 videos on the channel.....I will be making more training videos 10 to 12 before Christmas! Keep watching and have FUN! Thank you once again!
Huge fan of your videos. How many of your workouts would you suggest a person at intermidate skill level do in a single session? Trying to create a workout schedule with your videos. Looking forward to you new videos! Cheers!
Good day. As an intermediate, you can two three workouts or possibly four. Continue to mix them up for creativity and motivation. Let me know how things are going.....keep me updated! Have a great day! Keep up the great work! Ron (Chi Chi) Gonzales
As a beginner I find it hard to due crunches like in this video do to lower back issues. Is there some that can be done with the bells on the floor or standing that would work the same?
Kiana Webb-Robinson You can avoid doing crunches and just do the videos with the kettle bell drills...believe is or not, your core is being used all the time with the kettle bell drills! Just focus on squeezing your abs when blowing out with all of the exercises with training. You are working them without doing specific ab. drils.......the core is constantly being used! Mix up the videos and have FUN! Thank you for watching.....more to come in 2015!
Liam Crosswell Good day! That is good! Keep using that bell and once it seems easier go up in weight! Keep me posted! Just keep good form and mix up the videos for training! Cheers!

I did this with a 14kg/30lb kettlebell. Is that good or bad?
