    *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

      Thankyou! I didn't realise you have 29 videos I will watch them it's so simple and effective I love it! If I miss a gym session I don't mind as I can do these workouts and now I started doing the workouts even if I go the gym they are just great and addictive, I tell everyone I know to do them! your energy is really supportive Enjoy Australia! :)

    can u give me tips on how i can build my right arm (left is built pretty good)

      Do bicep curls and pull ups (modify if needed). Put some more resistance on the right arm if it is weaker than the left. Continue to build both with push ups, arm curls, tricep push downs, on a machine. close grip push up. Modify if needed. Let me know how it goes. Cheers!
