If I miss a gym session I don't mind as I can do these workouts and now I started doing the workouts even if I go the gym they are just great and addictive, I tell everyone I know to do them! your energy is really supportive Enjoy Australia! :)
Do bicep curls and pull ups (modify if needed). Put some more resistance on the right arm if it is weaker than the left. Continue to build both with push ups, arm curls, tricep push downs, on a machine. close grip push up. Modify if needed. Let me know how it goes. Cheers!
