    Wow. I've trained with the beginner and intermediate routines for four months. Now I am ready to to sacrifice myself in the Advanced Arena! Thanks Chi Chi, you are the best. I like little 'hooks' you give us to remember the movement like "punch the sky" or "zip up the jacket" or "look through the window" etc. It really helps when I'm using a little card at the gym to direct my workout.

    Most possibly the best online KB Workouts.
    I do consecutive 3 workouts; BEG/INT for warm up, INTENSE and followed by ABS. It takes approximately 30min (every other day) and after 2 months my cardio/strength increased significantly. Toned body and faster running/swimming times...

    Quality routine, finally found a decent kettlebell workout, I like the way you switch it up with push ups and knee lifts during rack, etc.

    3 Jan 14, 84kg, started doing the beginner/intermediate 3 x a week with 12 and 20. Now, 23 Jun 14, 74kg and doing the intermediate as warm-up with 20 and 24kg KBs and the advanced with 20, 24 and 32 five times a week minimum. Thank you very very much and I hope your real world practice is a success.

      These workout really are the real deal. With a bit healthier diet and now moved on to 20, 28 and 36 in two months. Although must admit that have to still use the 16 for the biceps in intermediate and 20 for the presses on the second half of the advanced - simply can't push the 28 fast enough...

    No, for regular training classes, I use the 24 kg or higher bells all the time. I like mixing up the bell sizes all the time with different workouts. For the video, I did not use a 24 kg. Train safe and healthy! Cheers

    Many thanks for your videos, Chichi, your workouts work great for me. They are simple to follow and well explained. I started with kettlebells only about five weeks ago with your #1 Beginners, but after just a few days I added your #8 Blitz workout to it, which makes about 15 minutes of hard work in total. These days I am pushing myself to #5 Intense advance workout followed by #1 or #8 five times a week. I have also moved from 16 kilos to 24 in swing and squats, while 16 kilos are still dedicated to most one-handed moves. Keep posting, please, you are simply the best.

    I love your workouts, they're fun to follow and leave me with the feeling of having exercised my whole body. Should I add any extra back, shoulders or chest workouts to my routine? And what about legs? Any complementary exercising? I have done until now five weeks of three days of 40-minute KB workout plus two days of yoga. I plan to go on with yoga but perhaps adding some more to the KB days, so that I can build up my muscles a little bit. Anyway, thanks a lot and cheers!

    you are showing 5 or 6 reps per exercise for a total workout time of 10:23, am I supposed to follow you in this video or am I supposed to do a certain amount of time per exercise, like say 30 seconds each side for every exercise you show?

      +Tyler Church Good day Tyler. You can do what I do or do as many reps as you can within that time frame of what I am showing you. It is really up to you. You can mix things up as well.....do 30 seconds for each exercise and see how you feel. Adjust things when needed to challenge the body....keep me updated in how it goes! Cheers!

    I've done these for about a month now, I also do calories count and know that I am left over from 500-900 calories everyday. I'm doing 20 lb kettlebell right now 2 week ago I lost ten pound 5 pound per week but now for the last 2 week I haven't lost any lbs why? I just started to take ab cuts cla hoping it helps with the weight lost any tip. (I work early in the morning so I eat a salad for lunch which is 9 am and then eat dinner at 5 to 6 pm I work out at 3 to 4 pm when I get home)

      Great to hear you are losing weight, getting results,and having. Yes, add the cls to your diet and look closely at your nutrition intake as well. Also you may have to do longer workouts as well to lose more weight. What you can do is send me your nutrition plan at gonzalesron@hotmail.com I can look at it and we can go from there.     You are only 1 of 2 trainers I know that do the KB snatch properly. You team mates weren't as successful. Thumb in at the bottom and rotate the bell so it is behind your wrist at the top.

      James Walker These two have trained with me for many years and THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO DO THE SNATCH TECHNIQUE. So please show a video of you so we can critique you. They have not hurt themselves in any way the last few years and continue to train successfully with not just with my training, but other things as well.       James Walker I've done both methods James. Some of my clients do both methods as well. I have won a snatch competition doing the regular method. I have seen people who were taught from the Russian themselves (kettle bell sport) that do it differently. The bottom line is that there are efficient ways to do it and you have just showed ONE way. I am familiar with it. Keep training hard for your health and fitness. Yours in health,
