    *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

    I started this video with my wife in the same room working on her computer. Ron "Chi Chi" Gonzales starts the video by saying "Good day everyone and welcome to Chi Chi Health and Fitness." I hear my wife call out from the other side of the room, "Good Day Chi Chi!" I love these videos!

    I've been training with Ron's vids for going on 6 months and have had great results. I typically string together 2-3, and have gradually added higher weights to increase difficulty. This new "Beginner" video is excellent because it's total body, so it's versatile for beginners or folks looking to take it to the next level. I did this vid with a 44 lb kb today and definitely got a serious workout. I did the Advanced vid afterwards and thought I might lose my lunch by the end of it. Doing the Abs vid to finish off was out of the question. My point is this is a great, flexible workout for everyone. You rock, Ron! #dontforgettowarmup :)

    I love these videos!! I started out with a 10 lb kettlebell about 3 weeks ago, and using your 1. beginner kettlebell video, and was working up a sweat by the end of it. Now, I'm watching two of your videos back to back, about to upgrade to a 15 lb kettlebell, and sweat is dripping down my face. I've been warming up with jogging beforehand, and I alternate kettlebell days with yoga/core exercise days. I have definitely noticed a difference when I lift heavy items at work and even in my jogging performance! Thank you Chi Chi for making them!

    Is this intended as a every day workout? - just 10min?

    • @chichihealthfitness
      @chichihealthfitness  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      ennob1 You can this everyday and repeat a few videos if needed. Most of my training classes I teach are between 45 to one hour long. So yes to both questions. Just listen to your body in taking a day off.....you can schedule that in for sure! Keep me updated!

    legs are burning! so glad I found your videos. Really easy to motivate myself to get started. will these workouts reap benefits if we do 3-4 a week, and make the reps go for 30 seconds and gradually increase the weight? Or do we need to eventually get into longer workouts? I used to do P90X way back in the day but got so tired of it.

    • @chichihealthfitness
      @chichihealthfitness  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Me And My Shadow Good day....you can do both.....increasing the weights and go longer! Mix things up to keep the motivation going for sure! 29 videos on the channel. Keep me updated on things! Have a great day! Ron (Chi Chi)

    Does this excersise help you lose weight or is it more for strength training? Also what weight of kettle bell should you begin with?
