It is helpful when you give names to the moves like "looking through the window" or "carrying the luggage" because I write the workout on a card and do it at the fitness center. awesome workout! In 10 min I am drenched! and feeling great!. I slowly gained strength and coordination doing your beginners workout - so I wouldn't injure myself, then have to start all over again. Wow- this is a time, tested tool! thanks Team ChiChi
What kinds of weight are considered light or medium ? Googling kettle bell colour codes leads me to believe Chichi is using a 16kg and a 12Kg, does that sound right to anyone?
