    I watched this while I drank my morning coffee telling myself there is NO WAY my arms can handle all of that…. I just completed the class and not only did my arms carry me through the workout, they feel stronger and more capable than ever. Thank you!

    I’ve been working out almost every day for over a year now (a lot of which has consisted of your practices!), and when I saw this one I thought it would just be a quick easy workout for my rest day…. When I tell you that dolphin plank sequence almost brought me to tears. This was an awesome little workout, thank you for the challenge !!!!!

    First of all, thank you so much for all the amazing Yoga Practices you give us! ❤ I would like to make a suggestion - I LOVE those 15 min effective workouts and I wondered if you could make one that works the thighs and calves with Goddess Squats. Or another HIIT Yoga Flow with the timer!
