    I love all of your content! Everytime you drop a new video, I just want to step on my mat and be the best version of myself. I don't want the "perfect body", I just wanna work out to keep my body STRONG AND HEALTHY.     I commenced with a well known TH-cam yoga instructor and completed 4 rounds of thirty day challenges. She brought motivation and routine into my life but after that I just felt like I needed to go higher.

    A month long journey to hand and headstand would be great too
    And a 5 minute yoga warmup video that we could do first thing in the morning before going into any deep stretches or asanas (that includes neck and wrist warmup)

    I just wanted to say, thank you so much for this video... I'm a very very stressed out college student and today I had a bit of luck because I found a little time for myself and my body. It's very rare of me, but while doing this video my body started to shake and I totally broke down in tears because of how weak I and my body feels at the moment. Your voice and the movements still managed to help me to get out of my head for at least a second which I'm very thankful for.     I felt like I will almost die while doing elbow plank crunches but it never end here because then it followed with vinyasa flow. Oh god hats off to you Juliana. You are so strong 💪 Amazing workout

    I hardly ever comment on anything, but I have trouble actually feeling the effects of a workout-either during it or after-but ever since I’ve started following your workouts I’ve become more aware of my muscles, how sore they are, and how little I can stretch sometimes.     Omg! This 15 min Yoga abs workout was exactly what I was looking for! I'm feeling lazy and need to get my arm and core strength back so I can be more successful in yoga... I was planning to do abs, pilates arms, and finish with a yoga flow. Well this quick workout nailed all 3 and actually challenged my balance and strength!
