Kerala style beef roast
Kerala beef roast also known as beef varattiyath is a traditional beef recipe which is very popular in Kerala for its unique taste. This is a dry curry recipe, goes well with any kind of main dish. It’s a good combination with appam, parotta, ghee rice , pathiri, idiyappam etc.. Traditionally it’s prepared on conventional ovens with wood fire. In this video, I have prepared it on stove top, but the taste similar to the one prepared on traditional wood fire ovens. This is our family recipe.
