Ingredients :
For pressure cook :
Beef - 500g
Coconut oil / Oil - 1 tbsp
Crushed ginger & garlic - 1 tbsp
Shallots - 10 ( medium size)
Green Chilli - 3 to 4
Tomato - 1 ( medium size)
Curry leaves
Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp or 1/2 tsp
Crushed pepper - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp to 1 tsp
For preparation:
Coconut oil / oil
Onion - 1 ( big size)
Crushed ginger & garlic - 1 tbsp
Tomato - 1 ( medium size)
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Fennelseed powder - 1/2 tsp
Cuminseed powder - 1/4 tsp
Crushed pepper - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves

ഇത്‌ ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി.. നന്നായി വന്നു.. ഇതിനു മുന്നേ പോത്തിറച്ചി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയപ്പോൾ എപ്പോളും ചുവന്ന മുളക് പൊടി കൂടുതൽ ഇട്ടു ഇറച്ചി ടേസ്റ്റ് കിട്ടാതെ പോകുമായിരുന്നു.. ഈ റെസിപ്പി ഇറച്ചിയുടെ രുചി നഷ്ടമാവാതെ ചെയ്യാൻ സഹായിച്ചു.. വെന്ത ഇറച്ചി വെള്ളം ഇല്ലാതെ പത്രത്തിൽ ഇട്ടു വഴറ്റുമ്പോൾ ഇറച്ചിയുടെ പുറം ഭാഗം കുറച്ചു ഫ്രൈഡ് ആയി നല്ല രുചി ആവുന്നു..ഈ റെസിപി വച്ചു ഉണ്ടാക്കിയവരുടെ കറിയുടെ ഫോട്ടോസ് മെയിൽ ചെയ്താൽ ഈ ചാനലിലൂടെ കാണിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ രസമയേനെ.. thank you Sheeba
