    Hi Guys!! I started calisthenics a year ago, watching guys like the THENX team. They lead me to Gabo Saturno, and that lead me to Yoga, and breathing techniques, also I met Wim Hof, and all the philosophy of the east. You guys deserve more views, all of you is tranquil, chill, and love. Thank you guys, you really are clear as the water in your tutorial, thank you 🌊🙏🏻

    Thank you for these comprehensive break downs! They are really helpful.
    Just tried this out and can lift my legs whilst bent into place for about a second then fall back down, so practice definitely required. I do your classes like the yoga for men series about 3 times a week atm, will I be gaining the required strength from that or should I practice specifically for this movement after those classes with locus etc?

    • @BreatheAndFlow
      @BreatheAndFlow  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      great job trying it out! you will gain more strength for sure, but also need to practice (drill = repeat) the poses or movements you want to unlock 🙏

    I've got crow pose so here's my next challenge! BTW - have you done or would you do a guided meditation for enhancing the body's healing capabilities. I know you both know how many dings and tweaks you pick up in BJJ and I'd like to work on those before lockdown lifts and I go and get them all again :)

    To say ur guys are stuck ur coming out with loads of good info, gota get me strengh back in the wrists, guys would you do yoga for kids?

    • @BreatheAndFlow
      @BreatheAndFlow  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      thanks! we're not trained in teaching yoga for kids and therefore don't. there is a lot that goes into the developmental stages of kids and when to introduce what on their journey and we suggest you see someone that is trained in that. of course we'd teach to our kids from early on. the best way to teach your kids is to lead by example and have it be a full lifestyle.

    Another pose on this Chanel which is not done correctly ( for example finger needs to point to the back. It's not a problem, if you can not do it yet, but at least tell the audience how the final position looks like).
    A good source is the book Asana Pranayama Mudra Bandha by Swami Satyananda Saraswati -> there you could first look for the pose/asana and second look for somebody on TH-cam to explain you how to reach the correct position.

    Can you add more discussion on elbow placement and adjustments there? If you can't establish the arm base (like me), the rest of the discussion is moot.

    • @BreatheAndFlow
      @BreatheAndFlow  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      if you can't do the elbow placement as described here then it is probably because of lacking external rotation in your shoulders, which is what you'd want to work on first so that you can get the placement for this pose right and then go from there 🙏
