one cause can be that rev limiter gets overhot .
mechanic moved new one to frame where stayed cool by extending wires.
made sense to me.
Does it have to be re bolted to motor for it to function properly
Hello. Help with wiring! Some kids drove over a branch with our 1993 club car, ripped out wiring harness. Trying to figure out which wire goes where! Could someone take a pic of where they go ?

Hey Red your telling people the wrong thing. That's not a voltage regulator that you keep referring to that is a REV LIMITER! In my opinion if you're going to put informational videos on TH-cam you should have your information correct .

Yep. He lost all cred when I saw the rpm limiter bracket in his hand & he kept calling it a voltage regulator.
