Orange wire off the solenoid fires the solenoid to provide power to the starter Gen to roll in engine over. Some units when the pedal is depressed nothing happens then stabbing the throttled pedal again it starts to roll over. This is that micro switch where the orange wife plugs in that switch the lever needs to bent out a bit to insure the switch does it job. Hey red, i saw in ur new video u had comments turned off i was going ti comment i have that same style rear engine plate type axle thing and was wondering if u can do a overview showing how u got the lift kit to gather saw it looked like u reused the old shocks and what not it would help alot i have a 1991 clubcar carryall with 12:1 low gears, i figured after lift and tires the gear ratio would be perfect, i swapped in a predator 212 and got it to work but now i want to lift and do tired to increase my top speed with is only 12mph atm but i can pull a tree down with the dang gear ratio
Take look at the other Clubcar videos. I have one with the lift install. It’s not the best because I started working and forgot to video. I used new shocks but considered putting new small car shocks on it.
