      My mom is 96 and stretches first thing every AM and walks laps of her long driveway most days. And that's with neuropathy from the knees down and vertigo. If she can do it.....

    Just did this after a drive with my husband and mother-in-law. I did all the driving so even though we stopped pretty frequently, I needed a good stretch. Thanks! So nice with the flowers

    Thank you so much for creating your own 20 minute morning stretch. After sharing that you and Kevin are stretching in the AM, it's made me want to add more morning mobility. I've done this one at least 5 times already. My niece joined me once and she loved the part when Anna pops up out of the daffodils too.

    I've done this one a couple times, and again this morning. It feels lovely, and yes, I definitely felt a difference in my hips from start to finish. So nice to have this one to come back to 🤗

    This was a nice finish to lower body today (even though it's supposed to be a wake up stretch).

    This is one of my favorite go to stretches. I love to add a 15-20 minute stretch after a strength workout. I can't wait for the 30 day stretch challenge so I can add more fabulous stretches after Chris' killer weight workouts.

    Hi…..Hilary, former trainer/instructor/ wellness director posting for the first time in a few months,but I wanted to give you heads up that the psoriatic arthritis society has forum where people post questions, stories etc. Someone asked for fitness recommendations so as a fellow psoriatic patient I recommended your channel to the whole group. Any of the mobility, stretch, and chair workouts would be a perfect fit for anyone. Others will be able to do dance and hi-lo. Hope this is ok. BTW great Mother’s Day workout. Mom and I did it together and she loved it!💕🎉

I forgot to mention the website is open to rheumatoid and has a link for lupus and other autoimmune disease patients so some of the groups will be able to step on the floor or without risers so I will give them links to some of your specific playlists. Since your channel is so comprehensive and well organized the specific playlists might help those who are not as computer friendly navigate the first time they visit. BTW my dogs are memorized with your pups. Bryggin, our youngest, and extremely active (as in we joke he doesn’t have an off switch) even sits and head tilts and watches for your dog family. LOL 🐶🐶🐶
