    The best thing you can do for your body when you get out of bed each morning, is first drink a big glass of water, then just a few mindful minutes of stretching and conscious breathing. It makes an incredible difference in your day.
    This morning yoga stretch practice will help you feel better in your body, give you more mental clarity and focus, and you’ll be better able to handle whatever life has waiting for you out there today. You NEED this practice!

    I am thinking of doing this in the morning David. I am still dealing with Sciatica and tested positive for Covid last Tuesday. I think I got it from urgent care since my husband tested negative.
