      It depends on the day. Some days I feel more flexible than others. I’m enjoying mobility more than I used to.

      Definitely feel more relaxed & less stiff. Suddenly realised my heels were on the mat in the downward dog! My neck feels so much better too.

    I feel proud! Really loving this 30 day mobility challenge. I have a 5ft 11in tall almost 14 year old that is growing so fast in short timeframes that he is so stiff and unbalanced. He has participated the past 3 days to help move better, very proud of him 😊

    Very appropriate that "I feel proud" is the word of the day. While I was doing some of the moves, I actually felt a little proud of myself. That is no small feat for someone who has spent most of her life beating herself up and being her biggest critic. Thanks for helping me recognize that doing my best is good enough. My best now is a lot better than my best was this time last year! Here's to what my best will be next year!

    I didn't have time to do today's 30-minute mobility workout in my after-party workout. I'm so proud that I decided to do the day 13 challenge instead of skipping it all together. Since starting the challenge, I'm so proud that I've managed to do mobility at least 5 days a week. It always feels soooooooo good to stretch.     I’m proud that I went all the way way thru this one, even though I couldn’t do it all. I went back and slowed it down to 1/2 speed and watched (and did) each yoga movement. Will try this one again tomorrow!

    I feel proud to take the time and be in the moment. I often think of fitness as the cardio and strength and ignore the recovery and mindfullness. I'm so happy you are providing these videos. I'm a huge fan of your content!
