    Being an overweight girl I was always asked to completely give up on carbs, focus only on cardio and not weightlifting or strength training and was asked to go on excess calorie deficit plans! Thanks to you Sir! The day I came across your channel, there was no turning back! I have been eating rice, rotis even parathas with achar, but yes a bit of portion control and the right set of exercise at home atleast for 45 minutes a day it includes HIIT workouts, Weight and strength training, an achievable calorie deficit plan (I took help of your informative videos on all of these and designed accordingly). So far I have lost 13 kilos and there's 10 kilos more to go! Can't thankyou enough for this, Sir. I have been doing intermittent fasting as well but I'm afraid I might be doing it the wrong way, that's why I would really appreciate if we can have a dedicated series on that as well. My generous thanks, best regards and Salute to you Sir! 🇮🇳❤️

    I've been doing this, eating lots of daal, whole eggs, roti, rice,fruits and vegetables. I don't shy away from carbs, and it's not just protein you need, you need fats, carbs as well.
    My case is different from most people. I eat more carbs than recommended and less protein than recommended, still I gain more muscles year after year.

      Same. I am Pure Lacto Vegetarian don't even consume eggs but gain muscles better than people who eat non-veg. It's all about how you manage diet, sleep and exercise.

Your content helped me and many more like me with their doubts.But sir, with due respect, one thing i really want to highlight is that not everything is bad in our fitness industry. In my opinion, being a mater of your field, your responsibility is not just to tell what is wrong only, but to praise those things too, which are good about this industry. Being your follower, i also want to know good about this industry, there has to be something good. I would like to see those things too sir.     I can say I only eat natural food and am a vegetarian and have a great body-obviously not a bulked up like many gymers.But I’ve only worked out seriously for a year and don’t use steroids.People don’t fall for online scams

    Sir, it is said that 1 gram protein per kg of body weight. But sir, wild animals like Bulls, Zebra, Elephant, Rhino wild beast etc are very heavy and they mostly consume grass and leaves. How do they fulfill their protein needs? They are way more muscular and stronger. I know they are different than humans, their genes, digestive system, still. Could you please clarify this?

      If a human eats 100gm of spinach and a bull eats the same quantity of spinach but the quantity of protein the human gets and the bull gets out of 100gm spinach would also be the same, wouldn't it be?

      @Zaira Ajaz That might be true but I want a detailed scientific explanation on how genetics or digestive system could make more muscles with less protein and vice versa. Bull who eats grass is much more muscular than a Lion who is always on a protein rich diet.
      May be there are not enough scientific researches on this topic to be discussed as I've independently searched but didn't find much information about this topic.

    With all due respect I have to disagree with you. I tried a vegetable diet with weekly paneer and milk included and my first year of workout I didn't show any results. Then I started chicken,eggs , milk or protein shake anyone of them in a day and I saw results within 3 months. Sure maintaining karne k liyeh vegetable and soy can help but baki you at least need paneer or milk worth 50gm protein mil jayeh. Maybe my body likes milk,paneer, chicken and egg. Indian diets are superb but still high protein wala with low in calories milna muskil hai sir.

    Is this also hyped or misguided concept and food items shouldn't be compared that way?
    Is bio availability same as biological value?
    Heard from elders to eat soaked almonds without skin as increases bio availability of fats and proteins as compared to normal almonds.

      Both r different in form but resistance training is compulsory in both. And comparison can't be done on this, calisthenics consist of more balancing, strong core, muscle explosivness etc. I am a calisthenics athelete but i use both body weight training and weight training, because both gives us body a complete range of skills and movement.

    Sir i do 1 hr cycling and in moring i go to ground by cycling then do joging running around 1 and half haour.
    But sir i m not able to take a badhiya diet bass jo roti sabji chtni banti hai wahi le pata hu na koi fruit wagre dal bhi 2 3 din mai ek bar banti. Muze muscle sourness bhot bhot din rah raha hai 4 5 din tak kis tarh de tackle karu sir ise plz sir need help kahi mai kisi nutrition mai lack to nahi karra jis wajh se ye sourness hai?

    Can it make condition worse or is it fine to use belt??
