    Protein zeher hai mat khao, weight mat uthao gym mat jao gym me log mar jate hai exercise jyada mat karo , lekin mehengi daru pio, sirf sofa par pade raho, Weekend ke nam par daba ke junk khao, sutte lagao, raat bhar mobile chalao aur andhe ho jao, high sugar palm oil , chemical pesticides wale processed chize advertise karo unko khao, kyunki sab healthy ho jaynge to pharma industry kaise chalegi, hospitals me bheed kaise lambi lines lagengi, davaiyo ke stock kaise khatam honge ye to bohot galat hoga lekin hum apne government se bohot pyar karte hai unko dukh me kaise dekh sakte hai wo jo kahe hum ankh moond kar man lenge kyunki government and pharma cares alot about us ❤❤❤

    You are absolutely right sir, instead of conducting the research they are giving verdicts because it's a lot of work to find the root cause so they are taking the easy way out. These days we cannot trust any one, so always take things with a pinch of salt. It's always better to be in moderation in everything food, exercise and stress etc "MODERATION AND CONSISTENCY IS KEY.

    Doctors can suggest shit protein X because they have their commission fixed there but most of the protein companies do not tied up with the docs for their commission that is why they say its not safe.

    I just read ICMR'S guideline about protine supplement.
    Although i take unflavored and unsweetened supplement, still got worried.
    So, i was looking for lab results of the brand i take.
    Then i found your video.
    And i loved it. Loved the research behind it.
    ICMR says it is enough to get protine from whole food, but don't they realize, it is IMPOSSIBLE for average indians to eat as much as meat/fish/egg/lentils etc on everyday basis to meet the required protine amount.

      @@sureshbesra466 nonsense. Why do growing children need flavoured sugar? Carbs, fats, vitamins and minerals are available in the food at home. We're talking about whey protein supplement. No one is feeding them only whey protein. They'll drink milk, fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, eggs, meats(if the family eats). The problem is insufficient protein, which whey protein can solve. These so called health drinks are just milk solids with maltodextrin, which is basically sugar, and some possible vitamins and minerals. Those things don't even have what they say in the label. Whey protein can be drunk by children too, in fact I'd say that is the best time as they're growing up. They may be able to get great body development. We have an entire generation which has drank all these garbage drinks, and what is the result? We're all the same as before because it was all waste. And Gen X was deceived and lied to. It is our responsibility to correct this situation and not allow these scam companies to operate.

      @@CosmicValkyrie After having these health drinks as a kid , are u suffering from any health issues now due to that ? As a kid u need to have balanced diet and not just protein . Carbs , fats , protein , vitamins and all other micronutrients are needed in adequate amounts for children , much more than what grown ups are having in home .So these health drinks help. If ur lifestyle is ok . 2 cups of tea will not harm , similarly for children a health drink a day ( sugary drink as per u) is ok provided children do play sports or any other physical activity

The obesity in Indian Children is rising steeply, why do they need extra sugar (read ingredient list, I dont think you ever did). Most flavour and colors used in Indian products are banned in EU (like paraben, caramel colors, etc). maybe according to you Indian kids have some immunity to these ingredients

    Mera ek question kya labour class kya protein ke dibba khata hai, , aur gym Jane walo se kahi acchi body stamina hota hai, egg whites khao, murga fish milk chana chola in sab se poora ho jata , bus unke pass micro vitamin ka rehta.. b complex others. Avoid protein dibba jab tak doc na kahe

      Bhai labour class jaise 8-10 ghante eete utha sakta hai toh kha le jo marzi. Zitni marzi calories khao aur use burn kro par har koi itna physical work nhi krta ya kr sakta toh isliye kam calories mein jyada protein ka veg source whey hi best hai tumhe dabba lagta hai toh koi na waise bhi ye dabba dudh se hi banta hai

    Garth davis's book proteinaholic is a good informative book abt protein intake . Also , you can look at dr valter longo's work abt protein and wether that makes sense or not . Protein also plausibly affects aging and cancer etc. By various pathways like igf1 or mtor .
    I am not saying one should go low protein , but at the same time i do believe that we dont need verg high protein and its also harmful rather than being helpful .
    One can always look at studies and rcts if they wish to further explore this matter of protein themselves.

Still supplements pe kisi ko doubt hai to man kare to lelo nahi to mat lo.. if any of the govt body is ao concerned about people's helath then why dont they ban above mentioned items, unhygienic food shops, pesticides etc..

    Sir I recently heard a hair transplant doctor say that whey protein may agravate or trigger hair loss in people who are genetically predisposed to androgenetic alopecia...although there is not much research on it but the doctor advised against whey and recommended protein which are not dairy based.
    Was he right about it ?

      There is no test needed for Proteins
      Just check ur daily protein intake
      If ur not able to fulfill it from whole foods, a scoop of protein will do that without worries

    Sir, the ICMR-NIN guidelines is published for the AVERAGE Indian, covering both, Vegetarians and Non-Vegetarians .
    Let’s be clear, the guidelines do not cover nutritional guidelines for Sumo wrestlers, Power Lifters, Bodybuilders et al.
    Who may require additional dietary supplements etc.
    What it makes clear is that, there’s no need for an average citizen to indulge in expensive protein supplements et al.
    Its expected that it will ruffle feathers of the super high margin protein supplements lobby.
    However, ignorance of the common masses generally is at the stratospheric layer , thus such guidelines may be buried under the dust, and super profitable supplements (though not required for the common man) may continue to make extra ordinary levels of profits ! 😊

    Dusra kya guarantee hai ki jo label pe likha hai wahi dala gaya hai
    India me kaun body hai jo strictly regulation follow karwati hain..

    @ we R stupid but what will be the Benefits of ICMR if they are launching against protein . The major issue with supplements in India is duplicity and due to lack of strict implementation of laws companies can add element which may be ban in other countries so if I am buying a supplement for better health which end up harming my well being so what is the use of these supplements . Can you gave us a guaranty that the quality of protein supplements available in for e.g Dubai ,USA etc is the same as we are getting in India ?????

    But pure protine without heavy metals, artificial sweetener are rare. Also source must be grass fed cow milk. Then such pure protine supplement is not affordable for most of the people. And how our ancestors did heavy work without consuming large amount of protine ? Why are all are emphasize on protine supplements?

      If you can get proper amount of protine from whole food - chicken/meat/fish/egg/plant seeds/lentils etc then no need to tske any supplements.
      But can you?
      Most of us can not.
      Ancestors had different food habit than us.
      Also, who said none of them were suffering from issues related to protine deficiency?
      Yes, if we are taking supplement, we must make sure it doesn't have high doses of heavy metal or sugar or flavours.

    The more I am watching videos on this, the more complicated it's becoming.. Phal / sabzi khana nahin chhod sakte, so there's no gain in saying that ICMR phal/sabzi khaane se kyun nahin mana karta.. there's no point comparing vegetables, fruits on one hand, and protein supplements, protein powders, health drinks... You can live without the latter, but you can't live without basic food...
    Moreover, I don't expect ICMR to tell us the obvious ki packaged products me kitna sugar aur pata nahin kya kya hai.. No one is dying phal/sabzi kha ke.. But there are body builders who have unnatural physique, and are dying early.. The reason is NOT phal/sabzi that all of us are eating, but something that they are taking.. supplements, mass gainers, and God knows what..
    There are so many products and so many companies... It is true that some of them are using toxic ingredients, but obviously, we wouldn't know that from the label.. Today I might trust one nutritionist/dietitian, and buy one product.. After years that product might show it's long term ill effects.. It will be too late by then.. what will I do with the guarantees nutritionists give ! I barely take medicines.. I think it's better to find out how to eat wholesome meals... Better be cautious than be sorry later... There are so many research studies, they will always be contrary to each other.. whose scientific research is a boon, and whose is a bane !! ICMR ki research ke peechhe bhi experts hain... Unki na sune...

    When there are so many contrary research studies, it's better to be cautious, than rely on any of them.. Sab hi qualified logon ki ki hui research hai, to some extent sab hi sahi honge, puri tarah shayad koi bhi na ho.. By the time we realise the long term ill effects they've already warned about, it will be too late... Jitne log comments me itna samarthan kar rahe, ye kya 30 saal se le rahe ye products ?? Nahin... phal/sabzi kha ke koi nahin mar raha, aur basic khana aap nahin chhod sakte... Complan/bournvita pi ke kayi log bade huae hain, wo bhi theekh hain, halaki mujhe nahin lagta inka istemaal karna chahiye.. Lekin body builders jo unnatural se physique ke saath ghumte hain, unhe dikkat aa rahi hai, aur kuchh samay se pehle chale gaye... Wo phal, sabzi ya bournvita se nahin mar rahe (warna hum sab bhi marte).. inhi products ke zyada "powerful" version se zarur mar rahe.. doctor ka opinion na maane, scientists ki na maane.. phir behtar hai ki kisi ki bhi na maane.. experience aur common sense ke sahaare chal le..
