My Father confronted me, and told if I continue these diets, I ain't gaining anything, instead, I am harming myself. But aapki video boht sensible hai. Aap logically baat kr rhe ho, instead of spreading propaganda and hate. Mai bhi thoda boht nutrition k baare me aware rehta hu, and ultimately, I end up eating dal chawal, dahi, chaas etc.. cuz obviously, unki nutrition value boht achi hai.and also, I have been a sportsman. My coach used to advice me to eat black channa. Its best when we take decisions after taking logic into consideration. Keep it up sir.

I am in good shape, working out and gaining weight at the same time. It’s a trial and error with IBS. Don’t eat foods that triggers the symptoms, do exercise and most importantly get the recommended amount of quality sleep. For me it’s 7 hours but I get 6.5 hours on average. Hope this helps…

In villages it is way different, people have cows in homes and well taken care of. Problematic is the dairy industry where the animal abuse is happening. No rules and regulations to keep a check on the abuse. Just ask one simple question to these industrialists "What happens to the male calf born?". Letting the male calf die is way cheaper than feeding it and letting it grow.

Our Indian athlete Hima Das mam was born in Odisha and her parents were farmers by profession. She did not follow any fancy diet patterns since her childhood she used to eat the native diet and she is so fit(Maybe more fit than most of the people who follow these western diet patterns) and had made a record of winning 5 gold medals in 19 days. Indian diet is good. Problem is the quantity people consume and the timing. We have dinner too late into the night. That’s why most Indians are skinny fat, big belly with skinny limbs. Also, Indian diet is carb heavy. Carbs are good and essential for mental and physical health. But our food has way too many carbs and very little protein. With just a little tweak, our diet can be the healthiest and tastiest tho.

I appreciate your points like dairy consumption in north India, high industrialized food consumption in US and government nutrition institute in india who give nice advice but no one listen to them because they are fancy.
Along with this appreciation I have some legitimate questions...
First question is that you mentioned western people used to meat mainly meat before industrialization and as far as I know that there were hardly any diabetes, heart disease problem at that time in western countries,, so why the government institutes are saying that red meat is the main cause of heart disease where I can clearly see that before industrialization western people were very healthy with red meat?
Second question is that you mentioned modern marketing has ruined peoples mind,, so was there any modern marketing before industrialization which forced the western people to eat only meat and stay extremely healthy and fit??
