      Honey and fruits have 90 percent fructose which is a tight slap to your liver, at least that's what the peer reviewed literature says.
      While sugar is 50 percent glucose, 50 percent fructose, on the other hand fruits and honey are basically poison with 90 percent fructose.
      Now, how about that for a fact?

    My mother's grand mother used to eat 1 kg jalebi and rabri. 😋
    She died 2 years ago at the age of 95.
    I can't even eat 500gm jalebi.

    I have sweet tooth and have never left sugar..in my weight loss journey last year where I lost 10 kg in 4 months. And now also I do eat sweets quite often..and my weight is well maintained.

      @abhishek Sharma fruits and honey are far more dangerous than sugar . While sugar is half glucose half fructose, honey is 100 fructose which is a tight slap to liver.
      Most of the Indian doctors are slaves and they don't have any credibility particularly in peer reviewed journal. On the contrary, western doctors regularly update themselves and they are the one who are getting research work after research work published.
      Indian doctors are basically fat ass, who only aims to open 4-5 clinics for extra money but they don't have audacity to focus on research work.
      I know it's a harsh reality but certainly a reality.
      Most of the Indian doctors don't even know about insulin resistance and we expect them to comment on sugar

      Day by day ,he is loosing his credibility.
      I don't want to give any link for sugar addiction because there are more than 1000 of them.
      This is the prime example of fixed mindset where there is noscope of any growth.

    In my 20s we were not having so much of cheap and easily available information which is actually causing more harm than good. I see kids who are just 16 to 18, making videos on fitness and claiming what not on diet plans. We follow simple balance diet which included everything and are still able to maintain a healthy lifestyle till date. Thanks to channel like yours who are working hard to spread awareness among youngsters specially.

    This video is so correct . I regularly eat mangoes and choclates , bananas and other fruits . And with all that iam still in a very good shape because I do strength training and cardios on weekends . I dont know why people misguide others , sugar is so important for our brains too . You can get serious problems if the sugar levels in the body is severely low . My mom knows about my sweet tooth and she herself brings the tasty atta biscuits from the bakery and I gorge on them . The only thing that i dont add sugar is with my black coffee because i like the taste of the bland cofee , but i have a mango with my black cofee everymorning .
    Enjoy everthing people , take some priviliges as we are the top of the foodchain .🍺🍺🍺🍺

    Sir you are right but sometime some people don't reliaze the quantity of sugar in food and eat lots of sweet like full plate of jalebi or 5-7 ladoo within hrs and spike glucose in blood. I eat sugar food between interval ie after 2-3 hrs of main course.

    I actually stayed away from added sugar, desserts & refined carbs for months. I still had reasonable sugar in Milk or Tea only
    What I felt
    1. Lifted mood , less lethargy
    2. No acnes/pimples
    3. No brain fog
    That's it.
    Weight loss is still dependent on your meal portion control (or calorie deficit)
    I WAS DOING THIS BEFORE INTERENT INFLUENCERS. NO VIDEO UPLOADED. I JUST FIGURED THIS OUT BY MYSELF FOR MY BODY WHAT I'M FEELING GOOD IN.

      It happens inside your body. Your body changes from running on sugar to fat, and hence your fat gets used up which is how we 'lose' or 'burn' fat.

      @@AsifAkhtar20 Our body works on carbs not only on suger or fat. So fat will get burnt only when you are in calories deficit.

    While you can definitely loose weight eating sugar i would recommend to quit it all together.... if you crave for it eat fruits which will fill you up and provide you with the vitamins and minerals too , much better option than nutrition less sugar don't you agree..
