@@shamainedania4495 relief period was like a week, I was doing alright for like 4 weeks,sent the odd message to her, not much back, wasn't too bothered by it, thought just wait and we'll sort it out. It was when I seen she had a new bf after a month that it hit me and I was in pieces. I guess that's when I realised I really had lost her.

The best thing I realized that if you do no contact and do it not to get them back but, to move on and if they come back then great, if not that’s ok too. It really helped me forgive them and myself, accept the breakup and get back out there and have more fun in my life. I feel amazing. Be strong. Accept. Get yourself and your confidence back. I agree. If someone leaves you, not in the middle of an argument, angry, or something like that, then it means that person planned it, wanted it, wished for it, and did it. And if he/she did it, it means that he/she just doesn't love you anymore, for whatever the reason. If someone doesn't love you, then let him/her go and never talk to that person, ever again, just shut up forever. Not for some period of time. Forever. Don't talk, don't look, don't show up.. Vanish.
Let me tell you all my tragic story me and my x were together 6 wonderful years , one gorgeous day she told me, I love u but I have 2 let u go . They do come back at some point, all my ex's tried to reach out, some brake up i had was terrible, sad, shame, i was suprised one of my ex who dumped me so bad and called me names, we met coincindentally, he was happy ,gave me huge smile hope i was going to say hi and hugged him, i passed him like have never met him before, right now as im doing no contact rule, two of my ex's contacted me, one found me in IG yesterday, remember with him, we had only two day time together, but i realised he had along way to go, i blocked him, changed my number, now he's begging wants to meet me and very sorry for his behaviour, another one ghosted me for a month, i blocked him for two months, i contacted him, hes been begging me for 7 months now, i agreed to meet him, but later cancelled, he has to learn from this, he's been crying ,begging, calling but have never picked his phone, simply because i want face to face meeting and talk, now two of my ex's are back, honestly im taking the two guys back, will start slowly without being needy or bombered them with text, the othrr HE-goat should go to hell and never come back...

I think sometimes we dont necessarily miss our ex, we are just upset at how the break up happened. I was in a one year relationship with a girl and I ended up dropping the ball and the relationship ended. The guilt and shame of messing up is what eats me up inside. Not so much losing the person.

Success!!!! 36 days of No Contact and he just reached out. I mean ZERO contact. I don't even post on social media. I'm very busy so I just disappeared and quite naturally. I just needed uninterrupted silence to rebalance and heal. We have been together for 6 years and we separated just recently, June 1st. He reached out to me this afternoon pouring his heart out. Amazing how you touched on the dopamine and seratonin connection from a scientifically proven standpoint. I believe you are the first person I’ve heard mention the chemicals in the brain that make us feel these things and keep thinking about them. It explains all the feelings of loss and ‘withdrawal’ symptoms in NC just as if giving up a drug. Great video explanation that a lot of people do not realize. A lot of this experience is as you said ‘all in the mind’.

I really learned a lot from this video, great information. It's amazing to think how much the heart yearns to heal & the mind still hopes . Yes, always follow your gut instinct, it will save you a lot of heartache, this I know from experience. 17 months of my time invested with promises of anything I could ever dream of but it was all BS. Gut kept warning me. I have my power back after 2 weeks of NC and I don’t want him back now because I see it for what it was, based on lies but I am not bitter, honest 😂. no contact means blocking your phone , social media , avoid places you might run into them ......most of the time if it goes over a month of two you find out you really weren't meant to be together anyway

Lots of things...mostly a need to control me, so I would say emotional and mental leading to physical lots of pushing and yelling and causing pain...I fought back, I don't take sh*t from nobody. But it was killing my spirit, I wasn't me anymore. Now I'm me again. If somebody hurts you and you give them the opportunity, a second chance, you are allowing them the opportunity to do it again, you have to set boundaries of what you will and won't allow in your life. For me, I gave those second chances and he would be good for a few weeks then it was back to being abusive. You get conditioned. Now I know the game so if he changed and wanted me back now? That would be a NO! I I hope I helped! 😊

I love your videos very soothing. When you talk about the ex experiencing loss all I think about in this day and age with tinder and basically fast food dating a woman never has to experience loss she can have someone the next day. Call me old fashioned but this throwaway culture has created serial daters that never deal with any of their real issues because the next guy is only a swipe away. I'm new at the dating world was in a super long term relationship 15 years. My experience with the dating world now seems as though all these girls are serial daters. My ex and I talked about the future, hell we even had the names for our kids picked out and he broke up with me the day after the anniversary of my grandfathers death, the next day after the break up he came to pick up his stuff and asked for a hug, then he allowed me to talk and he admitted that he has deleted pictures of us and I told him goodbye, I went into my house and looked outside and he was crying on his truck

My wife ended me after a 38-year marriage. I'm now 3 months into the separation. I'm an introvert I can help you understand how we are. If you're wondering if we don't love you when we decline dates, etc. That's not true. As soon as you back away, and give us space and time we will come towards you. We feel smothered if you run towards us, and like we can't have a chance to show you love. At least... I did. I literally, said No to every date cause he was always RIGHT THERE. easy, accessible. But whenever he would back off I'd miss him, and think about fun things... But in general if we want to be left alone .. u getting upset only annoys us. So be patient and let us know in advance plans... Like a wk. Min to 2 max. If I make time for you in advance as an introvert I'd feel bad not following thru, BUT give me a last minute call is ok on occasion, but I hate to go out I'm a homebody, so asking me a date a day in advance makes me feel rushed like my time isn't valued. Coach Lee is the best....PERIOD!!! Just the sound of his voice and reassurance with the correct key steps has made this break up so much easier on me 3 weeks later. The best thing I realized that if you do no contact and do it not to get them back but, to move on and if they come back then great, if not that’s ok too. It really helped me forgive them and myself, accept the breakup and get back out there and have more fun in my life. I feel amazing. Be strong. Accept. Get yourself and your confidence back. Don’t obsess.

They do come back at some point, all my ex's tried to reach out, some brake up i had was terrible, sad, shame, i was suprised one of my ex who dumped me so bad and called me names, we met coincindentally, he was happy ,gave me huge smile hope i was going to say hi and hugged him, i passed him like have never met him before, right now as im doing no contact rule, two of my ex's contacted me, one found me in IG yesterday, remember with him, we had only two day time together, but i realised he had along way to go, i blocked him, changed my number, now he's begging wants to meet me and very sorry for his behaviour, another one ghosted me for a month, i blocked him for two months, i contacted him, hes been begging me for 7 months now, i agreed to meet him, but later cancelled, he has to learn from this, he's been crying ,begging, calling but have never picked his phone, simply because i want face to face meeting and talk, now two of my ex's are back, honestly im taking the two guys back, will start slowly without being needy or bombered them with text, the othrr HE-goat should go to hell and never come back...

I think sometimes we dont necessarily miss our ex, we are just upset at how the break up happened. I was in a one year relationship with a girl and I ended up dropping the ball and the relationship ended. The guilt and shame of messing up is what eats me up inside. Not so much losing the person.

Success!!!! 36 days of No Contact and he just reached out. I mean ZERO contact. I don't even post on social media. I'm very busy so I just disappeared and quite naturally. I believe you are the first person I’ve heard mention the chemicals in the brain that make us feel these things and keep thinking about them. It explains all the feelings of loss and ‘withdrawal’ symptoms in NC just as if giving up a drug. Great video explanation that a lot of people do not realize. A lot of this experience is as you said ‘all in the mind’.

Yes, always follow your gut instinct, it will save you a lot of heartache, this I know from experience. 17 months of my time invested with promises of anything I could ever dream of but it was all BS. Gut kept warning me. I have my power back after 2 weeks of NC and I don’t want him back now because I see it for what it was, based on lies but I am not bitter, honest 😂. Lots of things...mostly a need to control me, so I would say emotional and mental leading to physical lots of pushing and yelling and causing pain...I fought back, I don't take sh*t from nobody. But it was killing my spirit, I wasn't me anymore. Now I'm me again. If somebody hurts you and you give them the opportunity, a second chance, you are allowing them the opportunity to do it again, you have to set boundaries of what you will and won't allow in your life. For me, I gave those second chances and he would be good for a few weeks then it was back to being abusive. You get conditioned. Now I know the game so if he changed and wanted me back now? That would be a NO! I I hope I helped! 😊

My wife ended me after a 38-year marriage. I'm now 3 months into the separation. I implemented the no contact rule after I made many mistakes on what not to do after about a month in, but now my ex-wife calls me constantly, even arranged a surprise party for my birthday with all of our family. I must admit it's all totally confusing. She's even sent a friends request on Facebook. Is this classed as reaching out? To this day since starting the no contact I have not reached out to her, yet she is now contacting me regularly. I'm confused!

I'm an introvert I can help you understand how we are. If you're wondering if we don't love you when we decline dates, etc. That's not true. As soon as you back away, and give us space and time we will come towards you. We feel smothered if you run towards us, and like we can't have a chance to show you love. At least... I did. I literally, said No to every date cause he was always RIGHT THERE. easy, accessible. But whenever he would back off I'd miss him, and think about fun things... But in general if we want to be left alone .. u getting upset only annoys us. So be patient and let us know in advance plans... Like a wk. Min to 2 max. Animal Lover i dumped my ex 6 plus months ago then regretted it after time. I still love him but he said he doesnt wanna get back together and he wants to focus on himself. Better to just respect it and move on I guess
It's not even 9am and I'm crying my eyes out while watching this. And its been 6 months since he left. We had our future planned, we have a 4 year old, I had my whole life planned out, our son to have more siblings, a stable family life for us all. Since he's left I even feel suicidal. But I try to fight those feelings. Still, it's not easy, and I know I'd feel huge relief if he came back. But will he? He's probably happy right now, in the arms of someone else...while I'm crying into my coffee and worrying about our futures. lilac i can tell you this..you have to stay strong I'm 39 yr and been through it girl let me tell you..my ex broke up with me ..girl i was devastated, felt like i wanted to die. but i had to sit back and think, if a man really loves you and he doesn't have a problem with walking out of your life LET HIM GO..show no weakness once you start showing him that you are strong and moving on with life he will start to value you more..(right now he look at you as weak) i want you to start looking at SheRaSeven1 TH-cam so we can get you back on track ...Always remember you are a Queen and a Prize don't ever let a man or no one take that from you :) FYI my ex is wanting to get back together

About 4 months he started calling..but i haven't gave in because that could be breadcrumbs..until he physically tell me that he wants to get back together then i will not fall for it. just keep yourself busy, and if he's not talking about the child then cut the conv short ..and no late night coming by the house because its disrespectful...basically you have to stand your ground and have values ...but you got this girl how long has it been since yall broke up??

I love watching your videos, every time I feel like crying or my heart is hurting I watch your videos and I remind myself I don’t need a man to make me happy, I am my own person. But as much as I want him back idk if I can see him the same. He gives me mixed signals. I feel like coach Lee get your ex back is more like get yourself back. Cause most people in the comments don’t get him or her back with no contact. They just end up with the realization they’re enough and could move on. Couch Lee is just helping by comforting you and giving closure by answering unanswered questions.
