My coach when it try ur workout before duty it charging me along 12 hours and when i do it after duty i feel like i did physically and mentality therapy .. When i do it in my off day it make feel deeply every lovable routines i use to do.. My friendship with your workouts since years ago i hope it last for ever🙏🏼 Thank you in the size of the planet🌍

Al que ve esto, intentenlo 30' al dia teniendo descanso es mas que suficiente. Voy a volver el sábado pero por otra rutina y me despido de esta❤

im home from uni for a month and would like to log my progress in the comments here. today is december 10, 2024. im 5'4, 57 kg right now which is a lot for my former sports indulgences. i seemed to gained a lot of weight over the past year and would like to get back in shape and have a flatter tummy day 1 (10/12) : ✅ completed, but gave up on most of the exercises halfway. pretty difficult for the first day day 2 (11/12) :✅ day 3 (12/12) : ✅ day 4 (13/12) : ✅ day 5 (14/12) : ✖️, not in the mood, it's saturday
Please don't ever stop releasing No Repeats workouts!! I love them so much, and the music slaps🥰😘love you guys!
