    I just came across this boxing workout. Its excellent. It makes us think as we are doing it. The explanation is great and also the warmup. Thanks Meredith.

    Long been planning to give this a try. Despite nursing an unhappy shoulder, fun sequence and definitely feeling it. Extra energy behind the moves given the current election craziness which acted as motivator. Thanks.

      Hi! I did a standing version of boxing...so I have the seated and standing right now. Working on a longer, more advanced so be on the lookout for that:)
