    I really enjoyed this, but oh no the video ended when we were just about to do the standing part, thought it was a problem with my TV but no I Checked and the video had finished. What a shame. :( X❤️. Your routines that like this with a good amount of stretching in them are brilliant if you have a lot of body stiffness, I am finding these routines really good, thank you Meredith. X❤️

      Hi Caroline! That was one of the original workouts I did for TH-cam...much shorter back then and I didn't usually put a warm-up/cool-down unfortunately!! And this was an all seated workout too. I am so happy you are finding the stretching routines to be good for your stiffness. I agree!! Keep enjoying:) Take care and stay healthy, Meredith
