The ramcharger is the only new ev/hybrid truck I’d consider at this point since I tow race car and dirt bike trailers around. My Hemi has been great and while I would love a diesel they have just become too complex and expensive.
those things are junk
@@777poco They aren't being released until 2025 so I'm not sure how you determined that already. They have a super reliable and proven V6, can tow 14K, great fuel economy, and can be a generator/power source when camping. If your saying Dodge/Ram sucks I've put 400k on two different models over the past 24 years with no major problems or a single breakdown when towing the east coast.
I aint buying anything Stellantis. Oh hell no!!!
@@curtismansell5254Yeah, Stellantis is a mess right now for sure but the ramcharger concept is solid. Excited to see how it actually tows long distance.
Beg to differ. My ride has 26 inchers and it looks completely normal. Course, it's a 8500 Aluminum Trek mountain bike, but still. Still.
Lol true 50,000 definitely. Don't forget American EVS are not 100% trusted. Still remember it's a Chevy. And that mandate might be going away soon
Vote Trump and this EV stuff goes away
@@StoneCold75 No it won't 😂
What does trusted mean? Also what mandate?
9K. I suppose a similar quad cab Silverado would roll across the scale around 6, Similar to my express van. My van weighs 8K with all my tools and equipment. I don't know what that would do to my range, and then you're talking about a gross weight over 10K. Would it need dualies? Plus my van is an '18 with 140K miles. in an EV it would pretty much be time for a new battery. Ooops.
Ok, I'll bite this electric fish. It's actually very trucky, much better than that Pathetic Polygon Tesla. Way to Go GM.! But, Please drop the price at least by 25K and keep it fully loaded
Just look at ColdFusion's newest video on how new cars are spying on you. I bet you won't bite, but I bet you'll be surprised at how many companies are doing this. If this was a Nissan, it'll even track when you are having sex in the car.
I've owned an Avalanche since 2004. Love, love, LOVE that they brought it back. Not too pleased that they call it a SilvErado and the price point. But it is a beautiful EV truck.
FEVs and FKH. 🥶🔥🖕🇨🇳
At 8800 pounds, what will that do to 24" tires at $500 per tire? Inquiring minds want to know.
Buy it 2 years old for $25k
MY WOLF BURG VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT HAS 18.5 fuel tank = I get 450 miles every week all day 2.5 liters
Seats look stiff and uncomfortable too yuck 🤮
Welcome to modern GM
If April was my driver, I would give her a $1000 tip for a better driving experience... This truck is made for her... =)
April is a very smart amazing woman. But let's face it she is absolutely stunning! I saw you two in person one time, and she's even more beautiful in real life. Now, please please please get dressed up, and give us a tour of the Kitty Kat club in the back of the hangar!
I love her sense of humor. She really upped Hoovie’s life and channels
😂😂😂😂, your kidding, right?
I used to have a 2007 Avalanche LTZ, and still think about how cool that mid gate was to this day. Why did they ever stop making it?
Hard pass!
@April, to answer your question, my dashcam still uses the12v outlet.
If it wasn’t for the dang lithium batteries, I just don’t think that is where we are going to end up. I do like the return of the Avalanche concept.
What does end up mean?
Another EV no one asked for.
I have one and love it
It has long range. Exactly what people have been asking for
No one asks for cars, that’s not how making cars works.
While I like this truck and I think it’s really cool, you’d get more views and feedback if you reviewed a Corolla Hybrid or something.
She is beautiful ( not talking about April I'm talking about the truck) well April is ok too 😉 that truck is so awesome 🤘👍
Both a better buy used in 5 years when its broken in looking for a new owner…
The average household across America really can only afford $ 16,000 cars with a 5 year loan the auto industry is clueless.
Crazy, they couldnt learn from ford that this is a waste of company resources resulting in a massive loss....
this might not be the case with this one
tylers like hes at a star trek convention lol, but hes right, this is a updated and well done avalanche , you and april are a great entertaining couple, keep it going guys
I'm excited just by the shirt she's wearing lol !!
Yeah, costs $100 to charge for a 275 mile range. At home what is the charge time? Over 12 hrs! Winner😂 Buying one of these ten year vehicles is one of your worst investments ever! Not to name the disposal of the battery either as watch there’s going to be a disposal fee soon. In California they want their road use taxes too! Saving what?
Is this a paid for advert?
Sometimes car people like a vehicle. It's reviewing after ownership with the F150 Lightning and Cybertruck.
Hoovie did the lightning and the cyber truck, it only makes sense he’d give us a look at this one too
I was thinking the same thing, April seems a little too giddy and this feels like astro turfed paid propaganda by the Green New Deal Commission. Pay all You Tube automotive influencers to get people to buy EVs.
In my Dr Evil voice : "How about no..."
Just not worth the money and again I want my v8. Just can’t beat them
Way down Yonder on the Chattahoochee, it gets Hotter than a Hoovie Gucci..
Great country classic 🎶

This Channel borders on the unstated often.
10:37……..Got to love April’s white top …looks amazing……😊❤
Still an EV No thanks.
Americans being Americans
Trucks with beds ,40m long and they become crazy
Take their money Shevy
She is beautiful! The trucks pretty good too!
Ugly truck. Why did they have to make it look like “an EV”. Just bring back the gas Avalanche, this overpriced RC car is a waste of money. Can’t tow, fast depreciation, can’t work on it yourself, no mods. No thanks.
Wow a 200kWh battery is a JOKE! The world needs efficiency, a battery that size the truck may as well have a 6.0L
Apparently there's a guy named Tyler in this video and a truck ...I didn't see it
That truck is a joke My best buddy works at a GM dealership and all he did back in the day was replaced the leaky seals on those rear windows they were a disastrous crap that truck is nothing but a toy
The real problem is no one will buy it.
Time to trade in that lyric....idk too much plastic and too american for a 100k price tag. These american autodealers are over valuing these vehicles. I feel like average man could afford electric in america in 20 years when theyre all depreciated junk! 😂 Definitely never buying EV
If were talking porsche and ferrari I get 100k+. Not a chevy truck. Hell no
Yet another battery on wheels gimmick.
I saw someone on another page say Chevy missed the boat when the didn’t name it the EVlanche.
Another ev junk
It doesn't have everything that the Cybertruck was supposed to have. It gets more range because it has a larger battery. If the Cybertruck had a 200KW battery it would no doubt go as far or possibly farther. It doesn't have all-wheel steering like the Cybertruck. It doesn't have steer-by-wire like the Cybertruck does. It doesn't have a lockable tonneau cover like Cybertruck does. And, it doesn't have a stainless steel exo-skeleton that can stop bullets like Cybertruck. It is certainly a nice truck though and when it gets down around $50k with all the bells and whistles, I will be buying one.
Everything you just listed is all gimmicks except for maybe the 4 wheel steering.
It has four wheel steering he even mentioned it.
