If you have a kroger and/or safeway/albertsons, check their weekly ads. At least here in South California those two companies will alternate most weeks on their soda prices. Usually like a buy two get two (or three) free, or like this week they're 4.99ea if you buy three or more. Not sure if they do it in other states, but it's definitely worth looking into. Good luck with the detox and with Quincy! I had a cat with similar issues several years ago and it was a nightmare.
I've noticed that drinking icy water causes a blip on my cgm even though it's just water. Also if i drink tea or something sweetened with a little allulose or have one of Rxsugar's new sweet packets (like pixie sticks) that are allulose my blood sugar goes down and wants to stay down. Have you tried them?

I have iron deficiency. I think I've always had it. I guess there can be a number of reasons for this... 1. You could have been born without enough bone marrow. 2. You could need digestive enzymes. 3. You could need more stomach acids 4. Could be an internal bleed. Also . I cured my dogs of many illnesses by how I feed them... I make meat stock.. I give them the left over meat plus a splash of broth to that I add: just some of their dry food (wag), pumpkin powder, 2 drops of wild oil of oregano, wet food by purina (simple ingredients) and FOOD GRADE DIATOMACEOUS EARTH. Seriously, this food works. My dogs don't need meds of any kind.

Yes I am still on the Omnipod 5. I like it a lot better then long lasting insulin. It's helped with blood sugar lows, I don't have them as often

They have prescription food for stones. Get the stones out and then special dog food.
You should look into parasites and doing a cleanse. They can greatly affect your iron among causing many other serious issues.

Dirty fasting is when you still have the energy drinks that have artificial sweeteners. Also coffee is ok as opposed to a clean fast of just water.
