  • Today I will guide you through the preparation of a classic Italian dish revisited in a keto way, Milanese ossobuchi. This recipe will give you the rich and enveloping taste of the Milanese tradition, but without the addition of carbohydrates.
    We will serve our shanks with a delicious saffron cauliflower rice.
    The basis of this dish is cauliflower, transformed into small grains that imitate the texture of rice. This versatile ingredient pairs perfectly with saffron, giving the dish a golden color and an irresistible aroma.
