Keto and low-carb pasta🍝❤

  • In recent months, I have experimented with different mixes for preparing keto pasta, and this, in my opinion, is the most delicious.
    Despite being of Italian nationality, I have never had a great passion for pasta. However, since I adopted this diet, I occasionally miss it and have tested various recipes to make keto pasta; every attempt, however, presented some inconvenience.
    This keto pasta recipe won me over: it offers the sensation of always having dry pasta ready to use and allows me to prepare it in quantity. It's true, it is an egg pasta and should be consumed within a few days, but I have experimented with freezing it in portions and I must say that it is extremely convenient.
    Although pasta wasn't something I particularly missed, I didn't want to give up the delicious condiments and sauces typical of Mediterranean cuisine.
    Additionally, most traditional pasta recipes can be adapted to the keto diet, such as pasta alla norma, carbonara, matriciana, cacio e pepe, etc.

    13g of xanthan gum
    3g of agar agar (or other gelling powder)
    2 large eggs
    4g of salt

    Francy, tengo una pregunta...puede usarse esta masa para Canelonni y Lasagna?

      Sí, también me podría venir bien para canelones o lasaña, yo la haría un poquito más fina a ser posible.
      Y usando una bechamel más líquida ni siquiera la precocinaría.

    Grazie per questa ricetta, che proverò sicuramente, una domanda, quindi la pasta da far bollire deve essere ancora surgelata quando la butto nell'acqua bollente? :)

      Ciao, io ne preparo un po' di più per averla disponibile a porzioni, ma puoi cuocerla direttamente, una volta secca, per 3/4 minuti, se la congeli bisogna cuocerla senza scongelarla, più o meno per lo stesso tempo, ma bisogna valutare quanto è spessa la pasta.❤️🥰

      @@francyketo brava Francy anche io è da un mese che sto seguendo un'alimentazione lowcarb-keto, mi sono messa come obiettivo 10 kg di grasso in meno soprattutto grasso addominale. Mi fa piacere incontrare qualcuno nel mio stesso percorso 😍

      Io ho iniziato a settembre e ho già perso 14 chili, non ci posso credere neanche io, dopo una vita a dieta senza risultati🤪, per questo ne sono entusiasta 🥰❤️.

      Ciao, sarebbe meglio la gomma di xantano o la gomma di guar che sono come agar agar degli addensanti☺️

      Vero, Intendevo che puoi aumentare la gomma di xantano o usare la gomma di guar, sono tutti addensanti. Devi solo tenere conto che agar agar si attiva a una certa temperatura, cioè quando cuoci la pasta.

      Mi spiace ti dia fastidio ma non riesco ancora a parlare bene a causa di due tracheotomie. Forse l'unica soluzione è abbassare il volume. Ma comunque grazie per avermelo fatto notare.
