  • Get ready for a total body, fusion workout! I'm using some yoga inspired moves today in this full body home workout. No equipment needed today and no jumping - which is perfect if you prefer a low impact workout or if you're looking for an apartment friendly workout :) Not only will we be using our own body weight for building strength today but we will also flow through each exercise working on our mobility, flexibility and balance. A little different from my usual style but I was surprised at how much I was sweating!! Give it a go and let me know what you think!

    There's just something about my "Heather workouts" I've tried a variety of TH-cam workouts, some were indeed good but yours stand out to me. I FEEL them afterwards in a good way, they give me the satisfying sense that they're working, I haven't tried this one yet but your standing abs (no jumping no weights) is my favourite.

    Just what I needed after being sick. My body doesn't like to be sitting and laying in bed all day. This movement was perfect for it.

    I am loving how these yoga fusion classes complement some tough strength and HIIT workouts. I do hope you will make more yoga fusion classes. It's true, they make you feel amazing!

    This yoga workout was perfect for after my run! I was able to move without cooling my muscles and putting in work adding in a second sweat. The cool down long stretch was also key for my tight muscles due to my incline run.

    This was a great start to my morning.I'm having a fibro flare up and weight training just wasn't going to work today. I love integrating music into yoga practice. Please consider making a few more of these! You are very motivating!

    Thank you Heather! You have kept me fit and sane during this pandemic. With soaring outdoor temps and social distancing, I have only been able to workout inside my small living room.     I really love your Yoga fusion workout videos. They are my go-to's when I come out of my recovery from flues or other illnesses. Your yoga fusion workout always warms up my body, gets the blood flowing, and stretches those tight muscles I get from bed rests.     Love love love. These new yoga inspired workouts are a beyond perfect addition to the mix. Especially great for days after I’ve done a decent run or hard bike ride, or am just needing a ‘low impact but still a workout’ workout. I’ve been doing your workouts for I think a year or more now and they are the ONLY workouts that I look forward to going to the basement pain cave to do! Thank you! Also, I must admit... as a Canadian living in the US (due to the man of my dreams haha), who misses my homeland and it’s residents, it gives me just a little extra happy glow that you are 🇨🇦!! 💜

    Thanks! I have hip pain from a tight IT band and these are one of the few workouts I have found that are suitable for me and don't cause me much pain. If you can, please make more of these ❤

    I really liked this one! Added a few of my own yoga moves to do what feels good for me. Perfect in the low impact sequence as far as what my body needed today! Thanks for great sequences Heather-got my HR up and really sweating at the end!
