When I do this I feel my entire core and Abs are so soar the next day which I love because that means my core was fully engaged through the workout. I definitely broke a sweat but it felt amazing because my heart rate was at a steady pace. This workout was excellent! I can't wait for the next one! I love Yoga

These active recovery days are amazing! I'm not doing the whole programme because I do strength training with colleagues (I'll do bits in between them with your total body ones who are my favourites) but after 2 days of strength training this workout was just what I needed!

i am 15 weeks postpartum and before being pregnant I always loved doing your workouts. I missed them a lot during pregnancy, so I loved doing this one just now to get back into it! Perfect for building back up my strength, flexibility and balance!
