I am interested in the limited but not the hybrid until they have it getting alot better mpg and lower the price alot.
Few years ago in 2021, you can get a fully loaded fullsize Tundra Platinum or 1794 or TRD Pro for about 55k but few years later, the same manufacturer is trying to sell you a smaller & inferiorly performing truck for about 60k which is insane. I bet you Toyota Tacoma will begin to lose market share in the future due to its uncompetitive pricing.

. Toyota show your belief in the quality and reliability of the Turbo 4 with a 10 year -150k warranty on the turbo 4 just like the hybrid system on my RAV4 XSE hybrid has .
I'm a Toyota guy, but i just don't get these baby bed trucks. Cramped back seat and a baby bad to boot. What is the point?

@@Doomzdayxx I've seen the videos...I also read the forums. There is no common issue, just a lot of doom youtubers. I don't base my purchase decisions off of videos like that.

Also, because of the engine design, I highly recommend 3k mile or 6 month oil changes with new filter every time and quality synthetic.

@@biz0r07 Get the 10 year/100K mile warranty. It will probably be over $3,000 for the warranty, but you're going to want that.

Smaller gas tank…I follow one home today 2024 Tacoma , fenders looks wider and more ugly directly behind…or just me? Look weird from behind..fenders seems ..odd..

Turbo = less longevity
Toyota has been making turbo engines that last forever for 40 years now.. they last, they're proven
@@LexusGX460-OFF-ROAD Toyota did not re-invent the turbo. You are missing the point small turbo engines in large cars do not last it puts to much stress on the engine. Ford ecojunk is a great example try getting 300k out of one before it needs repairs, a NA engine could reach 300k with no repairs needed.

Too much $$$. This is going to result in less revenue for all automotive You tube creators. There is not a "Tacoma for everybody"! Expensive content = less content. Toyota eliminated many "Taco Club" members.

@@ZackM1234i think people are saying that because of the overpricing, not so for the powertrain. Think about it, you can get a Ford Ranger Raptor for $9k cheaper than you could with the new TRD pro that performs just as good & offers a better package. Toyota’s latest pricing on the new Tacoma is no where competitive.
