YES, this was so good! I gotta say, I love how you talk us through everything. It's so important for helping me understand. There's a really good amount of repetition in with the variation, and the preview bubbles are also really helpful. I really get frustrated and lost with a lot of videos because they don't explain at all, or not as well as you at least. You're such a good teacher.

I do 5,000 steps then 3,000 later or 3- 3,000 step workouts. I get more than 10,000 steps a day with my chores etc. Thank you!
This was great, Rick! I'm 73 and started intermittent fasting and daily workouts 4 yrs. ago. I lost 22 lbs which I've kept off and have more energy than ever. I'm so glad I came upon your workouts. Love your enthusiasm!
revisited this little gem again today. I like this one so much because it moves so fast and get my HR up. No fancy dance steps and you are so much fun to listen to. Please do more like this with very direct repeatable moves and at this BPM!
