    Hey, Rick, thanks for this. You got me back on my feet two weeks after rotator cuff surgery (and yes, I wore my sling while doing the workout, don't worry!). For those thinking of joining the Get Fit With Rick member community) you will be so happy to join. Rick is an excellent coach (and believe me, I've done tons of these types of programs). He's the best!

      Adding that I specifically did the 12 week TTT program as a prep for this surgery to strengthen my arm and shoulder muscles (and lost 10 pounds in the process!).

      I will!! I did followed the channel on Facebook but only went that far. I need to watch and listen carefully when he explains how to join the community. I usually end the work outs, go about my day, forget about the whole thing only to realize in the next work out that I haven't done it yet 😅😅 Thanks for reminding us about that and Happy New Year!🤗

    I think I'm going to try this one on my trampoline!!! Rick's mood/ energy, the music and bouncing will definitely get someone hyped. Did his old Boy Band workout on Christmas Eve and got so hyped I ended up doing a few more dance workouts!!

    I have just completed this work out and love love love it and I followed it up with a thirty minute 3000 step fat burning work outs. I started doing these workouts a few weeks ago and started out doing (2) 5000 step workouts to get my 10000 steps and now the past week I have upped it to 15000 steps a day (usually the 10000 & a 5000 step workout). I also have to say it's the first time in all my 59yrs that I actually enjoy and look forward to exercising so thank you thank you thank you Rick you have honestly changed my life.

    Loved this. Started at such a chilled pace but I felt I needed a little bit "extra" this morning so sped it up to 1.1 playtime and it was perfect! Just what I needed to dust off the cobwebs.
