I learn when I do a hr workout all at once I feel tired and just don't want to workout anymore! This workout here is the real thing and will keep u coming back. You will feel high. A natural high and keep u coming back. I use to do a 10k jumprope challenge each day. Well not no more. This workout here is very Good. It gets me feeling my best . Yes It is simple and I get my heart rate up. No jumping or craziness. 20 minutes goes quickly and I have 3000 steps. I also love the walk outs to some of my faviorite artitsts. It just seems like I am dancing not exercising.

To start with, i'm 230 kg's and am really trying to get this weight down. I recently started going to the gym twice a week doing strength training one day and endurance training the other day with a pt (which has definitely helped my motivation for weight loss). I recently discovered your channel looking for excercises to do outside of gym to hopefully help get the weight off, and this was really easy to follow. Hopefully i can stick with this most days to improve my weight loss journey :)

I love this workout!!!!! The speed walks sometimes are hard for my hips, but this one was not. I miss the sea lol but love your energy and those 20 minutes just flew by! If it wasn't for Mother's day and the command to rest by my family I would have done it again!

Had a really busy work day and just didn’t have energy to do my usually workout with your videos but wanted to do something so chose this workout. I like your workouts because the low impact and right now am recovering from problem in my knee and can't jump but I have done this a few times now and only get 2000 steps no matter how quick I go lol
