So fun. I had to modify today. I'm 69 years old and had a surgical procedure three days ago. I'm not healed yet, so I changed the playback speed to 75%, lol. Worked perfectly for me. Instead of a 12 min workout it was a 16 min workout. Cheers Rick.

I love this. As a 67 year old superannuant I can't afford to join up a full membership, so I really appreciate these ones that come up on You Tube. I love the step counter as I only have a pedometer app in my phone (can't afford a smart watch) which isn't always accurate. These shorter ones are great; get my heart rate up without overdoing it.

Just finished the new 12 minute fast walk. Absolutely loved it - kept up with the pace and definitely jiggled everything at the end!!! Got to do a cool down now - suddenly very hot in here. Thanks Rick - we will all sparkle to this one 😂😂x
Rick another one in the bag - I love this. I work sitting at a desk all day and to now have 2000 steps in 12 mins is just brilliant. Thank you. On my birthday I treated myself and did this one b2b 5 times to get 10k in a shorter time, I do love the 10k accumulator, nothing will beat that, but I just banged this out and loved every second of it. Going to do the new Body Combat today - keep em coming Rick xxx
I have no "style", "vibe" or "flavor" but I got thru this workout by going back to home frequently. I have a serious case of 2 left feet so I am happy just stepping or going side to side a lot. LOL Love the workouts - keep them coming!
Love this. Did it twice in a row. First time with Fitbit on wrist = 1447 steps. Second time with Fitbit around ankle = 1645 steps. I am 103 pounds. Who wants to wear their Fitbit on their ankle though! Anyway, loved this workout. Your choreography was organized and intentional, well planned and thought out. This is a keeper when in need to take a break from my laptop. Thanks Rick!

Can’t wait to do this first thing tomorrow! What a way to start the day 😍 I started doing Rick’s workout videos around 17 days ago, I’d signed up for Macmillan 10k steps a day challenge to raise money for them (I lost my Mum to cancer in January this year and my Dad 2 years ago) as they are amazing. Walking was boring and I was struggling with a lack of enthusiasm, then I discovered Rick and I actually look forward to doing the videos daily - as well as ‘stepping out’ for a walk with my husband during the day :) I’ve also changed body shape and started to lose weight, I feel better in my head too. Thank you Rick! x

This was the perfect video to get back into working out after not doing so for two weeks! I had spent two weeks out of state helping with my 15-month-old grandson, which was quite a bit of exercise running after the little cutie all day, but no actual workouts. I feel amazing! Thank you thank you Rick for continuing to put out these really fun, effective workouts. On the downside, I miss him very much.
