    These shorter workouts are awesome. I can do this before a mid-length yoga class and then I get the benefits of both in one day. I especially appreciate how you give low-impact options - that's what keeps me coming back!

    What a nice quick workout for an evening. I just tried it out, and 10 minutes was all I needed to feel a little SWEATY!

    Went to buy a skirt size 10 got down to a size 4, thanks Amy I really like your workout been doing them since May.

    Good one. Great to fight against a sedentary work day. Your exercises do get the heart rate up. This flew by!

    I started today's workout with this cardio tabata and it sure did get the heart pumping and body warm for the next two leg workouts you have scheduled today--WOO HOO!! Off to to legs next! XO-S

    Hi Amy, love ur channel. Especially the 10 minute work outs. They're so effective & I can easily fit them in before with or in the evenings while the dinner is cooking 😊. I had my baby 5 months ago & struggling to lose my belly . Can you recommend any of your videos that could help me target they area?

      Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. It may only take four minutes to complete a Tabata circuit, but those four minutes may well push your body to its absolute limit.
      Tabata training was born after Japanese scientist Izumi Tabata and his colleagues compared the results of moderate intensity training and HIIT.
