    Dearest Amy, I hope you realize how much energy, health and balance you bring to this world through your workouts. The reason why I need a quiet workout is that I've been my husband's fulltime caregiver ever since he was diagnosed with cancer two and a half years ago. When times are rough, really rough, I can't really leave him alone at all but I can still turn to your no-equipment workouts and re-energize my body, my mind and my soul really and still watch him. May the universe shower you with the brightest of blessings, thank you!!!!

    another brilliant beginner. I am not a HIIT fan but,hey ,its in the playlist. This was doable-just.but I AM mega unfit. Am proud I not only DID it but I completed it!

    I added two pound weights. This is a great way to wake up in the morning. It's so true what you said about working out to have energy instead of finding the energy to work out.

    One of the very few workouts I've found that follows through on the high intensity/LOW IMPACT promise. I'll definitely come back to this one.

    Loved this! I am 23 weeks pregnant and have been having a hard time finding low impact workouts that actually FEEL like a workout. Being very active before pregnancy I find myself feeling unaccomplished after my workouts lately as I barely break a sweat with some low impact prenatal workouts. This was great and I felt great the whole time!

    For someone who is over 60, I love how this pushes you without all the jumping and hopping everywhere 👍
    I ALSO believe you don’t need high impact to workout and stay fit! Love these low impact workouts💕💕😉

    WOWIE WOWIE! Even with this being low-impact, I has huffin' & puffin' the whole way through--Great Cardio without jumping around. I was careful doing the punches because of an elbow injury, but I felt the work in my core regardless. Thanks so much Amy! You look GREAT 5 months post partum!! XO-S

    Came back to this video today for a great and motivational workout! I did want to give up with 12 minutes left but you said that it’s easier to workout to get energy than waiting for it to come. It’s so true and a good reminder when you feel like quitting!!

    Thanks for providing such great workouts, Amy! Also, I SO appreciate how you always encourage us by telling us that we "showed up." Sometimes, I feel like that's more than half the battle - to get to and make time for the workout. When I look in the mirror or feel less than good about my current physique, it's really reassuring to hear you say that. It reinforces what I'm doing, and it stops the negative thoughts about how I'm struggling with the exercise or how much further I have to go to get to my goals. Because it lets me know that I'm one step closer than I was before I started, and that's exactly what I need to hear. Thank you.

    I feel so engaged, and so happy for taking care of my health (and my baby in my belly) .
    Indeed suitable for pregnant women.
    Ladies pregnant or not, as Amy always says you don't have to keep her pace. Only you know your limits. Only you know if you need a break. Listen to your body. Listen to your breath. Move at your rhythm. Even if it's a little bit per day or week.

    I keep coming back here almost every day!! LOVE IT! Greatly structured routine, not overwhelming (not crazy or cheesy), yet very impactful work out. Low intensity, gentle on your knee joints and low back, which are my key problems. But I sweat and get that heart pumping for real, I can see results showing gradually. Thank you Amy for this video, your amazing advise and making us feel not intimidated or overwhelmed, yet helping us to concentrate on the good work and body wellness!

    AMY!!! I LOVE this workout! I recently have learned I have to protect my knees or I will suffer , this was perfection and even though low impact, we can amp it up or take it easy! I killed it and am sweaty!!!!! I just love you!!!!!

    That was AWESOME. I used to do HIIT 4-5x a week but the repetitive high impact behaviour hurt my shoulder and hip. I was beginning to think I'd never be able to do high impact again until I did this video. I did some mild moderations with jumping and it helped. PLEASE make more videos. Thanks

    I just tried this for the first time today and loved it! I'm recovering from a bad fall and I'm now trying to get back into working out, without a gym to go to because of the pandemic. I have weights to use at home but really needed something for cardio. This is a great cardio workout without ever being too complicated or frustrating to follow and without any jumping or stuff that is hard on the knees. I look forward to checking out the rest of Amy's channel, as I get stronger.
