    Your workout videos are my absolute favorite on TH-cam! It is so refreshing to get a real workout, not watch some girl in a bikini do squats by a pool. Thank you for sharing these with us :)

      I feel exactly the same. I love how the moves are unique yet effective, and she wears like actual gym clothes instead of bikinis or tiny shorts with a tiny bra lol. It makes me feel super comfortable and confident that I can complete the workout and stay engaged. Love her!

    20 minutes of hard work and full on sweat. Would recommend for those short on time but looking for a good all round workout. Today was meant to be a rest day but glad i did this short one. Sweating and feeling pumped for the day ahead 😅

    This is my favorite workout video! I feel it as soon as I'm done, and for days after. And in only 20 minutes! It's also easy to adjust to make things a little easier or more challenging. I love it!

    I really like the different modifications you offer and demonstrate--on everything but knees. I'm surprised and disappointed you never acknowledge that some of us can't get anywhere close to 90* bends in the knees for lunges.

    I normally do all of Jillian MIchaels' workouts, but I tore my rotator cuff twice doing her video, so I found yours,... just did it for the first time and I am shaky and sweaty! I'm out of shape!! Looking forward to getting more healthy again.

    FAB D-Bell workout, Amy! It was quick and thorough, just what I needed today! I've been working off of your May Calendar and I'm loving every day of it!     Hey Amy, love your workouts, I use your videos all the time. Sadly I busted my knee recently and had to have reconstruction surgery. Now re-learning how to walk so can't do jumps or knee lifts or even pushups at the moment :-( Would love to see a knee-friendly workout from you!
