5 minutes ready Flatbread! Quick and easy Flatbread made with batter! No kenading! No oven! No hand touching during making.
Recipe: 4-5 Flatbread
135g All Purpose Flour
15g Cocoa powder
2 tbsp Sugar
240ml water( room temperature)
1+1/2 tsp Oil
Tip:
Make sure to keep pressing the edges of the bread with spatulla, so it can puff up.
Add water in 3-4 times to prevent lumps in the batter.
Heat on medium low heat, close to medium heat, if you want to make big bubbles later turn the heat to medium heat.
Cover with a towel when done, the Flatbread can be used as a pita bread for sandwich.

Ymm....Easy Chocolate Flatbread, love the idea of a sweet, chocolatey Pita, the possibilities of combining with fruit, nuts, peanut butter is endless BUT, I'm thinking of making some german chocolate frosting which is chopped pecans,shredded coconut and brown sugar, cooked until its rich and gooey and maybe filling the inside of the flatbread?😋 Thank you for sharing the recipe Little Sugar Kitchen,subbed 👍and greetings👋from central Mexico.🤠
