Love this style so much! The first few moves feel very “aerobic class” style, and the 30 sec intervals are great for getting the heart pumping! I did jumping jacks instead of the step jacks just to make it a little more intense. Thanks Maddie!!

This was great! I'm getting back into working out after a long hiatus, and this was actually something I could make it all the way through right now. I was feeling pretty defeated about not being able to do the level of workouts I could a few years ago, but this kind of workout seems like a good stepping stone to get back there :)

I'm underweight person and I don't sweat much..after doing this, my heart rate goes up to 160 (it's feel like after jogging feel!) ,and a little sweaty.. my body endurance is bad, I will doing more rounds of this on alternate days! Currently at the 3rd round 😊
i couldn't finish it first time today so after some good rest ,,i tried again and i finished the workout without a break T_T .good workout without any jumping 🤗

This was great! I’ve used your videos on and off for years now and- due to an extended off while adjusting to full time office life- I’m currently the most out of shape I’ve ever been.
