@@gopika9421of course u can!! sometimes some of the exercises are way too intense for me personally so i do them in a slower pace or replace the exercises with the ones that are a bit more suitable for me😅 some people prefer to do cardio in the morning, some in the evening. as for me morning is the best time to do this cuz it gives a huge energy boost which helps during the day☀️

I really appreciate the lack of jumping. I can dance with fluid movements for a long time but I just don't like abrupt jumps on the spot so this type of workout suits me very well. Thanks😊
I love longer workouts but sometimes life gets in the way and these 10min workouts are perfect to get something in on those crazy days… helps keep me on track ❤

Doing this for 7 days then switching exercise
Day1:- hard. Although i can't engage my core properly
Day2:- much easier, took lesser breaks and felt the pain more
Day3:- felt the most burn!took breaks but proud tat I showed up and made through it!!❤
Day4:- YAY! it was particularly hard to gwt on the mat bcz my legs were paining and i was super tired and although my heart rate didnt gwt too high, my legs hurted and it was a good workout! Proud to keep pushing through!!💪
Day5:- I was able to complete all exercises!❤ still feel like I can't connect the core properly tho! Made it this far!! Only 2 more days! I got this!

Sweetie you are 11 it's dangerous to loose weight fast! Eat healthier but don't restrict yourself ! You need at least 1800 calories to live please be careful.

Been doing this cardio exercise for a month now together with another ab exercise. From 57kg now down to 54kg. Not that much but still a progress. Been also cautious with the foods I am eating now since I am diagnosed with PCOS. Thanks to your free workout videos
57 is skinny already lol u don’t need to lose weight! Unless ur doing it to other reasons
losing 3 kgs is still a progress.. u can do the high intense cardio or increase the reps /sets if u want to challenge urself.
