Guys, if you feel like giving up don’t because after 5 days of doing this I can do it nonstop with no breaks and it feels so good. Also after doing this I felt more productive and happy.
i’ve been doing this workout consistently for 1 week and in the beginning i was only able to do 5 mins. it was kind of discouraging, ngl but i kept in mind that i am just a beginner and it takes some time to get used to. today i was able to get through the whole 15 mins!! 😊 so to anyone in the comments thinking of giving up, DON’T. keep going, u got this 💖
You don’t know how much your comment helped me/motivated me. I was so frustrated the last two days, but now I am super motivated to just bite through it. Thank you so much, and god bless you.💗
My whole body is burning, my legs are shaking, my asthma said no and I took breaks, BUT I DID IT AND I FEEL AMAZING, good things you can't hear us because I threw some hate in there but thank you so much for this, I loved it.
That moment when a “Beginners Workout” feels like an advanced one. ☠️😭 R.I.P. [UPDATE] I just want to say that when I posted this comment I couldn’t make it through half the video without giving up. A month later after doing at LEAST one of her videos a day has made me strong enough to get through this video now without stopping . If I can do it so can you! I believe in all of you 💖👑💪
Ikr lol - I didn't prepare myself enough for this workout because It had beginner in the title 😂😭 By the way please check out this workout: th-cam.com/video/VTWlhndg4Rk/w-d-xo.html Thanks :)
For those of you in doubt. You got this. I couldn't make it through this video two weeks ago and now I have. After doing this one for a few days, I will be moving on to more of her videos. Keep up the hard work everyone!! You're stronger than you think.
To those who completed this, breaks or no breaks. Beginners or Non-beginners. YOU DID IT. And Im so proud of you for that! All of us in these comments are feeling that same burn and that same gain🤩 love you for completing this! Keep it going! I believe in you! You are strong and beautiful💪🏻🥳💯💞
Day 1: 10 minutes with a few brakes. I’m severely depressed, have c-ptsd and a lot of anxiety disorders so I’m always in bed. I also eat a lot of medications so I’m proud of myself that I could do 10 minutes. I’m happy these home workouts exist because I’m so afraid at gyms ( a lot of people ) etc. good luck everyone ❤️❤️❤️
You should discover about Islam. And if you like it then you should follow Islam.I am 💯 percent that you will love Islam because Islam is full of peace and happiness.I am 💯 percent sure that after becoming Muslim you will feel yourself anti depressed thank you
When I started doing this workout a few months ago, I used to get over exhausted by half of the video, now, after months of persevering, I can make it through the entire video and do another 15 minute dumbbell workout as well. If you think your hard-work wont pay off, trust me, it will, just keep going because the moment you stop is the moment you give up.
How do you prevent getting sore? I wanna do those workouts daily, but my muscles are getting so sore afterwards that I have to pause for a couple of days because of the pain; it's so frustrating.
@@Ella.L. consistency Ella. Who cares if you’re getting sore, persevere through the pain, consistency brings with it so many benefits. After a while that pain will be non-existent. Now im not saying injure yourself, you need to start slowly and then build up. Take mini breaks in between the workout(s) if you have to. Take 1-2 rest days depending on how much you workout and then get right back into it, and while resting make sure you eat healthy so your body is able to tolerate more intensity during workouts.
@@YashikaSetiya for that you need strength training I'm a teen as well and I suck in sports cos my heart gives up so to get better at running I need to train 😭 but it will make you feel good..
@@YashikaSetiyahi girlie, if you don’t naturally have the hourglass bone structure then you will need to train your back and glutes/ hips to give an illusion of an hourglass figure. If you are like me and you are hourglass naturally but just quite a bit of body fat (especially in the stomach) you can do this workout + eat less sugars and carbs!
3 min into the workout and i feel like my heart's gonna come out .... seriously from today i am doing these everyday and shaping myself! I am literally sitting or sleeping everyday scrolling through insta wishing i could have those perfect body i see there .. today also i was lying in my bed scrolling through utube and watching all those glow ups , how to be active, how to stop procrastinating and bla bla .. but i never put them into action but today i got up and started to do many things into maintaining myself... to all those people out there don't give up and i always wish u the best♡
Hey I did this cardio workout for one month.. didn't follow it exactly how she did but still managed to loose 3kgs also my thigh muscles toned up , stomach went a littile inches low!! I am back here after 6 months to do it again...wish me luck!
@@kai928 I know you're not talking to me but whatever feels good for you is good for you, what worked for them may not work for us and vice versa. We all have different bodies and strengths so do it for you
Day 10: Yay! It's Day 10! As a beginner, it is a big deal for me. The exercise comes much naturally to me now. I don't feel out of breath or have any kind of problem finishing the whole cardio. So if you are also someone who felt out of breath the first day you did it, trust me it gets better. Beginner tip: Write a journal in the comment section describing how you feel each day. It keeps you accountable to all the people who are watching this video. As I have written from the second day, I feel like if I miss a day what will a reader think! Good luck! Don't give up! If I can do it, you can do it too!
Hello! I felt super inspired to do a daily check in after reading through what Ratna Tasman posted. Here’s day one! Day one: I originally tried to do this once, but was told to stop jumping by my family. I waited until around 10:45pm to start it again. I started and about 7 minutes through I was feeling the heat. I was working hard and didn’t give into the thought of “eh I’ll do it later”. I pushed through and got to about 13 minutes were things really heated up. I had to focus on proper breathing and a positive mind set. Eventually, I heard her say TADAAAAA and I dropped to floor and felt like jello. I felt like I was falling apart. I walked down the steps which I don’t recommend after your first time doing this and got water then laid on the sofa for about 20 minutes. YAY. I’ll be posting an update tomorrow right underneath this. Have a good one and remember a proper mindset can change everything!
This was amazing! I’m 6 months postpartum and was advanced in my workouts before pregnancy and exercised while pregnant. Getting back into working out as a stay at home mom, I needed something quick yet effective. This was it!!! So good! I only recommend that people complete a cool down after the video…even if it’s just walking for a bit to bring the heart rate down. Thanks for the great workout!!!
I'm six months postparum now +15 kg much than before pregnancy. My belly still looks like 4 months pregnant. I'm looking for something effective now.Does those workouts really works?
It may say “beginner” but the sweat is realll! First time doing this as I’m looking for workouts to replace running, and this was amazing! Please do more of this type of cardio workouts, Maddie!
i did all 15 minutes my first day but i definitely slowed down a lot in some parts where it got really hard, yet i never stopped! my heart is literally going 1000000 mph rn but for anyone who is struggling to do it all the way through my biggest tip i’ve found is having a good mindset! i’m kept saying to myself “i can’t do it” but i thought of my goals and the benefits and that kept me going. another tip, don’t stop!! instead of taking a break persevere and slow down instead. walk in place, or stay in a plank when you can’t go very fast anymore. or when it gets to hard don’t just stand there! if the instructor is doing an intense excercise substitute it and do a more easier excercise like running in place, the main idea is to never stop and stand there, or if you do only do it for 30 secs and pick it back up. in conclusion: substitute or slow down, but never stop!
well, this is a beginners guide,we all have start somewhere and with frequents breaks is better than not doing any of it. I found most tutorial videos to have to watch multiple times, this is a bad thing,it create a repetition so the individual will be able to preform them without prompts or their own. I think learning but making sure your breathing properly and not placing downward pressure on pelvic floor. Most important,do the exercises to your ability, really listen to your body, stop, break, then come back.we all have our own goals,it is important to stop snd come back, otherwise it is too easy to get board snd burn out and be back where we started.
first day; managed to do 8 mins with 3 breaks. my belly started aching, my legs hurting and my whole face was burning but it's hopefully just a matter of time before i get used to it. day 2; didn't do day 3; didn't do day 4; managed to reach 9 minutes with a break for water, it feels a little easier than last time but still struggling to do some exercises. please comment / like to remind me!
It was my second day doing it. To my surprise, I was able to do the whole cardio OMG! On the first day, I barely reached 10 minutes. So proud of myself.
I have so me news, Maddie!!! So my pulse had been terribly high for days. The medications weren't working, so then I decided I was gonna try working out again. After I did this workout, not only did my heart rate drop from 93 to 74, my blood pressure went down to normal again. I've given myself a target to go on for 30 days. Thank you so much, Maddie! 💞
I was 72 kg last January 2022 and I'm 80 kg now. I have started this workout because the gym is too far from my home. I only made it to 7 mins because it felt like something is gonna pop and I get dizzy but it won't stop me from doing this cardio workout. Good luck to me.
MY RESULTS OF DOING THIS BEGGINER CARDIO WORKOUT. I am doing this beginner cardio workout for 10 days and have just finished 6 days doing this workout on an empty stomach and my waist size was 28 inches and now it turned 25 inches just in 6 days 🤩🤩🤩🤩😲😲😲😲😲😲and losed some arm and leg fat .
Proud of myself. That I basically forced myself to finish the whole video. Wanted to quit but kept pushing myself. And for someone who rarely works out I’m happy I managed! :) I’m proud of everyone who even clicked on this video and did one minute !
I haven’t worked out since I got my implant and I got it taken out today after a year of having it and I did 9 mins!! I’ll keep doing it each day and hopefully I will be able to do the whole 15 mins don’t let the time bring you down!!
I really liked this. I’m not a beginner but I have depression and I did this this morning after a bad period. It felt good to be able to move and achieve something. Thank you 🙏
You should discover about Islam. If it will good for you you should follow Islam. And I am 💯 sure you will extremely love the religion. And you will feel yourself anti depressed
I completed this beginners video!! ⭐️ Felt like stopping half way but told myself “I’m halfway there” I am 15 lbs. overweight & have NOT worked out in 2 years. I will challenge myself for 30 days with half gallon water day & much less carbs & sugars & do this video. I’ll return to update.❤️ 🙏
I'm assuming the 15 pounds overweight is based on bmi?? Cause same and I'm really rooting for you 🙌🙌 hope you've kept going and will achieve your goals soon
I was having a really bad panic attack and I just searched up 15 min aerobic exercises for beginners to try and help and this was the first one I saw so I clicked on it, and this honestly helped A LOT :)) I only did about 10 mins or so and I definitely wasn't keeping up or anything, but that really helped lower my heart rate, so I just thought I'd drop a thank you
Exercising regularly, don’t pay much attention to the time at first (even if you don’t have anxiety) it’s maybe in the top 3 tools to deal and reduce panic attacks. If you can make it right after your first symptom of the panic attack (when you start sweating, when you can’t breathe) it will work better 😊
I'm currently pretty significantly out of shape, so really needed something quick that didn't have too much floor work. My stamina is, also apparently, not even quite good enough for a full 15 minute workout. That being said- Most exercise videos have the advantage of not judging you for not being able to follow along very well. If you find this video to be a struggle, just do the best you can. If that means walking in place instead of jumping jacks, do that. Point is, you're moving. You're trying. Go YOUR pace, not hers. Keep doing this several times a week and I'm betting in a month you'll be keeping up with her and seeking more of a challenge.

This is the first time I have been able to complete a workout, following the instructor, with no rests at all!! I’ve realized that I need to take things at my own pace, and do workouts that I know I can complete! I am so proud of myself!💪❤️
started on my weightloss journey a month ago, in that 1 month i have lost 9.2kg (20.2lbs) with just an improvement in diet (low carb) and walking 1.5km a day. I decided to try some cardio workouts, and well this is the first ive found, and ive made it half ways through the vid, before i had to stop :( but im determined to one day soon be able to push through this whole video :)
I started 2 years ago when my doctor recommended cardiovascular activity. I’ve been watching this same video every morning and evening ever since, and it helped with health issues plus my metabolism improved so much that I can maintain fit figure almost effortlessly. Can’t imagine my day without this video ❤
17 year old female, day1: did the whole workout no breaks, took some pre workout before beginning, trying to get my stomach flatter than it alrd is. Will keep you all updated. Day2: feeling good ☑️ Day3: ☑️
I absolutely LOVE that this is only 15 minutes and that your channel has so many different lengths between 5 - 30 mins! If I did even one of these videos today (even with breaks), its means I moved my body and that is a big win!
For this 15 min beginner workout, i took 22min. I took a lot of breaks. But i still managed to finish this workout anyhow. So im here to say. Dont give up. Its hard. But not impossible. You can do that. I belive in you❤
I started this thinking I would breeze by this cause I used to do these all the time. Since then I lost my progress and recently decided to get back in it. I was 5 mins in and took a break thinking that I was gonna give up. I looked at the comments and that motivated me to keep going. I finished the whole thing with two breaks and I modified the exercices that were challenging. That is not a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of growth and strength. Modify and take breaks and don’t feel shamed by it! It’s better than quitting
Bro, I also thought this would be easy, but I’m on my period and I feel awful. I’m 15 mins into the video and I’ve already took like 8 breaks. But, I do relate to being off track and trying to get back on, although it’s still pretty easy doing the workouts.
I am out of shape and very stiff since I have not worked out in over three years. I was always at the gym. Started your work out and little by little I was able to touch my toes and so much more. This routine was perfect for me. Thank you. Greetings from NYC.
This has been my all time favorite beginner workout-first time I did it I had to take a break and I felt a bit defeated but, my the second try a day later I completed it and so far been doing this consistently and it’s a walk in the park now…so don’t give up guys you can do it! PS….had a baby 10 months ago and this is really motivating me to continue to shed my belly fat
Then looks like I'm becoming quite good at detecting lies 😂 By the way please check out this workout: th-cam.com/video/VTWlhndg4Rk/w-d-xo.html Thanks :)
Doing this for 2 months I'm listing it down so it can help me keep my track. ✅:1. Did some lil pauses since I'm trying to catch up. I felt like dying still ✅:2. Did the first half then stopped so I repeated it again but this time with pauses and succesfully made it! ✅:3. Finally did a warm up!. It didn't hurt that much but since I didn't warmed up my body had been hurting the past few days and in the last part I felt my body collapsing. But it felt a lil better also I was breathing properly so don't forget that also it has a big impact to it!. ❌:4. Rested today so my body won't get over exerted!. Resting is required too!. Don't be to hard on yourself. ✅: It's easier now!. But before the last circuit I took a 20 sec break because my back and chest was aching gladly I still made it till the end!. ❌:6. Skipped ✅:7. Done ❌:8. Did two sets only ✅:9. Done .
day 1: did 8 minutes 💀 day 2: did another 8 mins wt today: 111.7 pounds/50.7 kg day 3, day 4: saturday, sunday rest wt: 107 pounds/48.8kg day 4: 8 mins but didn't weigh day 5: didn't do exercise after few days off, i started Chloe Ting's 28 days get peachy challenge and successfully did 3 days till now still counting. i think i can feel my abs 😳 also sore leg muscles 😵 not me hoping onto variety of videos
Doing this!! day 1: tired only made it to 4 mins without a break 😕(full video completed) day 2: felt more easier somehow. Made it to 9 mins without a break 🥳(full video completed)
Day 1: When I saw the word beginner I was so sure I could get through this workout without any breaks but dang halfway though the first circuit I was humbled REAL QUICK. Training and working out consistently (whether it was exercising for track, calisthenics, or just going to the gym) has been something I’ve struggled with. Starting w this workout I’ll stick w it and hopefully make it a strong habit. 💪 Day 4: (missed day 2 and 3 😅) made it all the way this time w less breaks. Thanks Mad for the vid!
Really felt down on myself today and wanted to become to best version of me today so i decided to challenge myself to work out for 20 minutes everyday i'm not active (ex out all day or exercising at school) I'm starting today 11/13/23 and hope to lose some body fat(current 140 and 5'1) Day 1: Walked treadmill for 15 minutes burned 165; Did this whole workout with a 1 minute water break at 6:22 I'll update every day if y'all can remind me Day 2: did cardio for like 10 minutes and homemade weight training with 2 l bottles of water for 10 minutes (i'm soooo soreee) Day 3: I did the whole workout without stopping Day 4: Did 20 minutes of cardio with a break after 15 min; i feel stronger and not sore at all
I'll be doing this for a week and I'll update everything here!! Day 1 : Done! ✔ I just felt like doing cardio today..so, I thought I'd do this...just finished doing this ✔ and omg like am sweating so much! It felt like the workout was never ending 🥵 I took a lot of breaks in between bc this is hard! But don't give up guys! See ya tomorrow! Day 2 - Done! ✔ Just finished doing this with my Mom! ✔ Felt a lil bit easier doing this today, also I'm not following any diet lol Day 3 : Done! ✔ Day 4 - Done! ✔ Did it in the morning, so it was a lil hard. Day 5 : Done! ✔ Day 6 - Done! ✔ Day 7 : Done! ✔ Finished the challenge!! honestly, it felt hard for me everyday and I could only make it to 6 mins without a break...But here are my results - I lost 2 INCHES off my waist!!! yup I actually did lol But I didn't lose any thigh fat tho. Stay motivated! Stay Inspired! Stay Happy!
I have NOT worked out in awhile. I have an auto immune disorder and let ne tell you! This woke me whole body up, thank you for the intensity. Planning to continue this routine + passing it along now. Peace✌️+ Love❤️
Guys I didn’t workout for 2 years and today was my first day. I got through 10mins with a lot of modification!!! I’ll edit this post and update you how I’m doing every week :) Edit: I can get through the whole video now and do everything over again all the way through!!!
@@youneedtocalmdown. hey I can get through the whole video now and do everything over again all the way through!!! This is more like a 3 week update lmao
I started doing it every day on Wednesday, taking quite a few breaks the first time and less and less on Thursday and Friday, and today, Saturday, I did it without breaks! I really see the evolution, so come on guys, do it too!!
I started doing this workout two days ago, today is the third day that I just completed it and I was finally able to do it with no breaks!! I’m amazed at my progress in just three days. Keep going y’all!! It’s good to repeat a work out like this so you can actually see your results.
Update: today is day 4, and before i did this workout i went for a 4.5 mile walk/run and i was still able to get through this whole video! It’s amazing since on day one i was dying by round 2. I’m going to do it one more day tomorrow and then take a break.
Had to literally encourage myself to do this. Like, a month ago I just sat down and watched it through so I knew what to expect. Saved it and finally got up the guts to get through it by myself today. Took a few water breaks, and fumbled through a few parts, but got it done! Will try again tomorrow to see if it's easier.
Thank you so very much for creating this routine! I haven't been training in 2 years because of so much work having to do and this routine made me feel good about myself, having in mind how much weight I've put on. The idea of a workout is to make you feel like you are doing great and you've just done that by doing this, thank you!
I did this workout yesterday, and this morning I was actually able to get out of bed feeling good and energized, which is something I haven't been able to do in a long time.
After 3 weeks of doing, I’m able to do this without any breaks! This was very exhilarating for me. This definitely motived me more. Keep grinding hard everyone 💪 You can truly crush any goal if you put your mind to it’
Used to do this before, but I stopped midway so I’m gonna start recording (?) me progress again Day 1 (8/31) ✅ 10 mins in and my knees felt so weak so I stopped. Took a one min break every 3 mins. Day 2 (9/3) ✅ (skipped a couple of days because of exams) did 10mins of this! I don’t feel as tired as last time but I’ll stop here today. Might do it again later in the day. Day 3 (9/4) ✅ took 3 breaks and did 10 minutes of the workout. Day 4 (9/5) ✅ only took a break at 8 min!! This is an improvement!!! :> did till 12~13 min with only one break, but I must admit I couldn’t do the pushups the second time :’) I was just kinds slumped on the floor trying to move my arms up haha Day 5 (9/7) took a break at 8:20 because my throat felt like Sahara Desert?? I’m so thirsty huhu ;; stopped at 10:20 because I felt so tired and had to get ready for the day. Day 6 (9/10) ✅ took a break around 5:00. Day 7 (9/11) ✅ 7 mins Day 8 (9/13) ✅ 5 mins. Decided to change the workout into a more beginner friendly one to be able to do daily, because no matter how much I try I can’t seem to do this one till the end. I’ll come back when I’m more physically fit to do this!
Yesss, I used to love long yoga sessions...Before I made three babies. Now, 15-20 minutes is truly all that I have between nursing a baby and breaking up toddler/kid fights. I'm so grateful for these free, quick, intense workouts that make me feel truly worked out in such a tiny portion of my day.
i watched this yesterday, so i want to try this in fhe morning. i can only do until 4:51 minute time. i can push it but i don't want to get faint because this is truly my first time in years doing cardio. currently breathing heavily and coughing lmao. i gained weight since 2021 🫣👀. 5'2 (158cm) with 150lbs (68kg) and im trying to lower it to 132lbs (60kg). Calories Deficit too. wish me luck everyone✨ (this video aren't so hard actually, its the simplest one, you dont have to start everytime she started doing the next routine, she still going to repeat them)
Day 1: finally decided to get myself together and start working out! Im aiming to be in a good shape and be more fit! I could only do 10 minutes of this work out. So out of breath. But i feel very positive!
Girlfriend broke up with me, a week later my gramps passed away. I have so much free time now. I'm looking into doing HITT in my basement and this was perfect. 5mins in I thought this was easy and I wouldn't break a sweat. As I'm typing this, my skin is glossy as heck! Love the way you encourage us as we are struggling via phone!
The “beginner” in the title definitely fooled me 🥵🔥 but I believe that it’s all based on the effort you put into it! This workout felt like it lasted forever 😂 but I loved the high energy and intensity! Thank you, Maddie ❤️!!
Loved this workout! I've had a busy day (and still need to do homework this evening) but this was the perfect sweat session just to get the body moving/blood flowing!
This was my workout today. I'm not gonna lie, I only made it through circuits one and two but I still really enjoyed the sweat i got from it. Thank you
Day One: made it through 10 minutes of this plus a 5 minute warm up. Every part of my body hurts and I probably took too many breaks but the beginning is always the hardest!
for just day 1, 6 minutes in and i'm already already exhausted, but it's so enjoyable and satisfying. update for day 1: i finished it through, though with a long break between circuit 2 and 3 since my family kept interrupting me lol. and, i didn't do the squats and lunges because i am not a fan of developing my glutes hshshshhekw day 2: i only finished until 9:55 because my legs were exhausted from climbing up and down the stairs at school, and it's almost 11 pm. but i'll try to do more tomorrow, it was fun!
This is my first day of doing her exercises and all I could say by the end of it was this lady is crazy, can’t wait to look back and say I can do it all
You are focused, determined and definitely strong you can do it. You can finish this workout without taking breaks. Was hyping myself up throughout and l did it 🎉🎉🎉
Hope you guys enjoyed this beginner cardio video! Even though it’s designed for beginners, it’s a great sweat sesh for all fitness levels! 🔥💃

Yes such a great sweat! Non stop is intense!! Love this!!

i’ve been doing this workout consistently for 1 week and in the beginning i was only able to do 5 mins. it was kind of discouraging, ngl but i kept in mind that i am just a beginner and it takes some time to get used to. today i was able to get through the whole 15 mins!! 😊 so to anyone in the comments thinking of giving up, DON’T. keep going, u got this 💖
Good job! I'm proud of you keep up the good work!
Hey kimmyyyy are you still doing this workout? Have you seen results?
Okay good, that makes me feel better, lol. 5 min in and I needed a break! 😅
You don’t know how much your comment helped me/motivated me. I was so frustrated the last two days, but now I am super motivated to just bite through it. Thank you so much, and god bless you.💗
Did you gain abs?
My whole body is burning, my legs are shaking, my asthma said no and I took breaks, BUT I DID IT AND I FEEL AMAZING, good things you can't hear us because I threw some hate in there but thank you so much for this, I loved it.

I didn't take any breaks. But, how on earth is this a beginner workout? This is insane.
For real

@ReinaDelaLuz --- It is a great workout. But it's pretty intense. It should be at least moderately difficult... AT LEAST!

Do these moves build muscle? What changes did you feel in your body?
Thanks for the motivation 🤣😭 I needed it
How do you prevent getting sore?

Yes i am literally can’t walking after this workout
There's a lot different types of cardio, reality is you have to find the workout you will fall in love with so you can stick to it forever.
i did all 15 minutes my first day but i definitely slowed down a lot in some parts where it got really hard, yet i never stopped! my heart is literally going 1000000 mph rn but for anyone who is struggling to do it all the way through my biggest tip i’ve found is having a good mindset! i’m kept saying to myself “i can’t do it” but i thought of my goals and the benefits and that kept me going. another tip, don’t stop!! instead of taking a break persevere and slow down instead. walk in place, or stay in a plank when you can’t go very fast anymore. or when it gets to hard don’t just stand there! if the instructor is doing an intense excercise substitute it and do a more easier excercise like running in place, the main idea is to never stop and stand there, or if you do only do it for 30 secs and pick it back up.
in conclusion: substitute or slow down, but never stop!
Yes
I'm taking breaks between sets because I fell like dying. Hopefully in the future I'l be able to complete it without breaks!
Saaaaaaame
Same, I am a sweaty mess rn. All I can say is thank the heavens for the existence of the pause button! 😂🥵
see this one more easier and nice i tried it ... it's all about jumping jacks th-cam.com/video/_KJ8VDW07jI/w-d-xo.html
well, this is a beginners guide,we all have start somewhere and with frequents breaks is better than not doing any of it.
Same push ups and planks for beginners. No
"beginner" just isn't in the same dictionary with the words 'non-stop cardio"
Exactly
th-cam.com/video/cTvAzotAMXw/w-d-xo.html
Honey this workout was not simple lol but it gets you the results you want
Oh , on my dictionary it translates to "pain". I think you're using the "I don't workout" dictionary. I'm using the" I just sit " dictionary.

how did it go?
I’ve never been more thankful for a 20 second ad.

Omg you’re so cool, you persisted for such a long time! Good luck with your judo classes
@@M._.M_____7000TYY!! and thanks hahah :D good luck for ur workouts too if youre doing those ^^
This is the first time I have been able to complete a workout, following the instructor, with no rests at all!!
Day2: feeling good ☑️
Day3: ☑️
Day 4??? Don’t give up!!!
Day4?🙄
@@noar8189 lol
Did you give up on day 4
Y’all I gave up😂sorry
Same
Bro, I also thought this would be easy, but I’m on my period and I feel awful. I’m 15 mins into the video and I’ve already took like 8 breaks. But, I do relate to being off track and trying to get back on, although it’s still pretty easy doing the workouts.
she says "beginner" but I know that at the end of this training I will be very sweaty. Kkkk
I love your videos!
th-cam.com/video/cTvAzotAMXw/w-d-xo.html
I am out of shape and very stiff since I have not worked out in over three years. I was always at the gym. Started your work out and little by little I was able to touch my toes and so much more. This routine was perfect for me. Thank you. Greetings from NYC.
This has been my all time favorite beginner workout-first time I did it I had to take a break and I felt a bit defeated but, my the second try a day later I completed it and so far been doing this consistently and it’s a walk in the park now…so don’t give up guys you can do it! PS….had a baby 10 months ago and this is really motivating me to continue to shed my belly fat
When Maddie says beginner workout but you know she is secretly lying 👀😭
Then looks like I'm becoming quite good at detecting lies 😂

The word "beginner" helped me to push through somehow
th-cam.com/video/HMx7QRV85wY/w-d-xo.html
Doing this for 2 months I'm listing it down so it can help me keep my track.
✅:1. Did some lil pauses since I'm trying to catch up. I felt like dying still
❌:6. Skipped
✅:7. Done
❌:8. Did two sets only
✅:9. Done
.
wdym by breathing properly?
Do you see any results?
The build up was good, shows me how seemingly easy looking moves can bring about sweat and intensity if you commit to explosive action!
day 1: did 8 minutes 💀
day 2: did another 8 mins wt today: 111.7 pounds/50.7 kg
day 3, day 4: saturday, sunday rest
wt: 107 pounds/48.8kg
day 4: 8 mins but didn't weigh

@@inkyviper21 oh alright 👍
Thanks!
Just started exercising again and I was able to complete the whole thing without collapsing or taking breaks. I'm proud of myself to say the least
Day 4: (missed day 2 and 3 😅) made it all the way this time w less breaks. Thanks Mad for the vid!
LETS GOOOOO
Really felt down on myself today and wanted to become to best version of me today so i decided to challenge myself to work out for 20 minutes everyday i'm not active (ex out all day or exercising at school)
I'm starting today 11/13/23 and hope to lose some body fat(current 140 and 5'1)

I'll update every day if y'all can remind me
Day 2: did cardio for like 10 minutes and homemade weight training with 2 l bottles of water for 10 minutes (i'm soooo soreee)
Day 3: I did the whole workout without stopping
Day 4: Did 20 minutes of cardio with a break after 15 min; i feel stronger and not sore at all

I really like this for morning energy. I can do all exercises with the modifications as a beginner and was able to get through the entire thing.

Keep grinding hard everyone 💪 You can truly crush any goal if you put your mind to it’
are you seeing result in your body ? Please answer
Used to do this before, but I stopped midway so I’m gonna start recording (?) me progress again
Day 1 (8/31) ✅ 10 mins in and my knees felt so weak so I stopped.
:> did till 12~13 min with only one break, but I must admit I couldn’t do the pushups the second time :’) I was just kinds slumped on the floor trying to move my arms up haha
Day 5 (9/7) took a break at 8:20 because my throat felt like Sahara Desert?? I’m so thirsty huhu ;; stopped at 10:20 because I felt so tired and had to get ready for the day.
Day 6 (9/10) ✅ took a break around 5:00.
Day 7 (9/11) ✅ 7 mins
Day 8 (9/13) ✅ 5 mins. Decided to change the workout into a more beginner friendly one to be able to do daily, because no matter how much I try I can’t seem to do this one till the end. I’ll come back when I’m more physically fit to do this!
I love shorter workouts! I can’t last those 40-60 mins ones , I get so bored. Thanks for sharing ❤️

update for day 1: i finished it through, though with a long break between circuit 2 and 3 since my family kept interrupting me lol. and, i didn't do the squats and lunges because i am not a fan of developing my glutes hshshshhekw
day 2: i only finished until 9:55 because my legs were exhausted from climbing up and down the stairs at school, and it's almost 11 pm. but i'll try to do more tomorrow, it was fun!
This is my first day of doing her exercises and all I could say by the end of it was this lady is crazy, can’t wait to look back and say I can do it all
I’ve gained weight and I wanted to get back on the exercise bandwagon. So far this has been helping tons!!
You are focused, determined and definitely strong you can do it. You can finish this workout without taking breaks. Was hyping myself up throughout and l did it 🎉🎉🎉
